RUNHACK: Scam Alert - Fun Run Terms and Conditions


  1. Registration: Participants must register through the official ticketing platform. Registrants must provide accurate personal information.

  2. Eligibility: The fun run is open to individuals of all ages. Minors (below 18 years) must have parental consent.

  3. Event Date and Location: The RUNHACK: Scam Alert fun run will take place on 3rd December 2023 at Stadium National Bukit Jalil.

  4. Health and Safety: Participants should be in good health and adequately prepared for physical activity. Consult a physician if unsure.

  5. Waiver of Liability: By registering, participants waive all claims against the event organizers for injuries, accidents, or loss of property.

  6. Code of Conduct: Respectful and sportsmanlike behavior is expected from all participants. Disruptive or offensive behavior may result in disqualification.

  7. Event Cancellation: The organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances, with refunds provided if applicable.

  8. Refunds: Refunds are available according to the event's refund policy, as detailed on the ticketing platform.

  9. Photography and Filming: Participants consent to the use of their likeness in event-related photography and filming.

  10. Privacy: Personal information will be handled in accordance with privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties.

  11. Changes to Terms: The organizers may update these terms and conditions, with changes posted on the event website and ticketing platform.
