- Only a maximum of 8 tickets is allowed per transaction.
- Ticket buyers and holders must be the aged of 18 years old and above. No admission for any infants or children under aged 18 years old.
- All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
- Each e-ticket is attached with a unique QR code which will be scanned upon wristband redemption. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket online or share it with others to prevent forgery.
- All tickets sales are final. No refunds or exchanges allowed.
- The price stated includes online processing fees.
Tickets are non-transferable.
- Reselling your tickets or purchasing from any platform/ticket seller/ticket scalper is strictly prohibited, such tickets will be rendered invalid. Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel such tickets without compensation and refuses entry to the Event.
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.
- Please keep your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.
- The ticket holder shall undertake all risks and dangers which the ticket holder may face while attending the Event. The ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to and outside of or within the Venue.
- It is forbidden to take into the Venue any kind of weapon, sharp objects, explosive, toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials, narcotics and psychotropic substances, food and beverage, or items that may cause disturbance to the regular and orderly execution of the Event.
- Ticket holder may be subject to body/bag checks upon entering the Venue.
- The Event Organizer/Ticket Provider reserves the right to deny admission if any person with unruly conduct and/or in breach of any Venue and/or ticketing T&Cs.
