Purpose: This seminar seeks to raise awareness about the National Industrial Master Plan 2030 (NIMP 2030) and update on new government initiatives. b. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

5. Photography and Recording:
a. The alumni association may photograph and record the seminar. By attending, participants grant permission to use their likeness and voice in association materials.

6. Liability:
a. The alumni association is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the seminar.

7. Privacy and Data Protection:
a. By registering for the seminar, you acknowledge and agree to provide the organizer with certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and any other information required for event management.

b. The organizer may collect, process, and use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Event registration and communication.
- Sending updates and notifications related to the seminar.
- Alumni association communications.
- Marketing and promotional materials related to the seminar and future alumni events.

8. Intellectual Property:
a. All seminar materials and content are the intellectual property of the alumni association and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
