TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASE AND USE
By purchasing, possessing and using a Ticket, you acknowledge that you are admitted on condition, and agree that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions stated in the respective event page during purchase, including the terms stated on this ticket. Ticket and National Identity Card and/or passport (“ID”) must be presented for inspection upon request by any official by Organizer or Ticket Provider. Failing to do so, it may result to leave the Venue. Only upon providing the Ticket with valid identification will be allowed you to attend the Event stated on this Ticket. For security reasons, your access will be denied entering the Venue regardless of having a Ticket.
Please keep your Ticket with you at all time, you bear full responsibility for the Ticket in your possession, if you leave the Venue for any reason other than an emergency evacuation, you agree that the Organizer or Ticket Provider may void your Ticket from entering the Venue. This Ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion or trade purposes. This ticket may not be resold in violation of any federal, state or local law or regulation. Ticket shall be void and seized or cancelled without any refund or entry to the Venue upon breach of any of the preceding provisions or if the holder is deemed to be disorderly, intoxicated, use of vulgar or abusive language or violate any other Venue rule or regulation.
Event may be delayed, postponed or cancelled. There is No refund for Tickets once its purchased. You are total responsible for your own safety and the safety of any accompanying children in the Event. The Organizer or Ticket Provider are not responsible for any loss, theft of damage of your personal property.
WARNING! THE TICKET HOLDER BEARS THE RISK OF THE DANGERS INCIDENTAL TO THIS EVENT, whether occurring prior to, during or after Event including specifically (not exclusively) the dangers of being stuck by thrown or projected objects, atmosphere effects, strobe light usage, or loud noises. It is strictly forbidden to take any kind of weapon, sharp objects, explosive, toxic, flammable and radioactive materials, narcotics and psychotropic alcoholic and/or drug intoxication to the Venue.
Image, video and sound recordings of the Event taken by you can only be used for your private, personal archival and non-commercial purposes. Images, videos and sound recordings must not be broadcast or published on social media or the internet.
