Eligibility & Event Information:
1. Diya Clay Painting (“the workshop”) will be held on the above-mentioned date and time, or such other period as the Management of Subang Parade Shopping Centre (“Management”) may in its absolute discretion determine (“the Event Period”).
2. The activity limited to 20 pax only.
3. The workshop is open for child age between 5 - 12 years old only.
4. Please take note on the below: -
a) Please register by 10th November 2023 before 11.59pm and complete this registration form.
b) All registration will be treated on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis.
c) All entry forms shall be retained and belong to the Management and shall be dealt with as the Management deem fit.
General Terms and Conditions:
1.The Management’s decision on all matters relating to the Event shall be final and binding on all Eligible Participants.
2.The Management reserves the right to publish/display the names, photographs and particulars of the Eligible Participants in any media/publication whatsoever.
3.The Management reserves the right at any time to vary, delete or add on the terms and conditions herein without any prior notice.
4.The Management reserves the right at any time to cancel or postpone this Event at its absolute discretion without any liability whatsoever to the Eligible Participants.
5.By participating in the Event, all Eligible Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. The Management shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries arising from and out of the carrying out of the Event.
