Faizal Tahir is deeply dedicated to using his music and influence to create a positive impact. He is organizing an awareness-raising event with the primary purpose of supporting the people of Palestine. The event aims to generate funds for humanitarian aid in Palestine and foster unity and solidarity.

Ticketing

• All children aged 3 years and above must possess a valid ticket to gain entry to the event.
• Tickets must be purchased prior to the event and will not be sold at the entrance.
• Each ticket is valid for one person only and is non-transferable.
• Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or compensated.

Event Timing

• The event will commence at 2:00 PM. Attendees are advised to be punctual.
• Late arrivals may result in delayed entry until a designated break period as determined by the event organizers.

Children's Admission Policy

• Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who is at least 18 years old, at all times during the event.
• Both the child and the parent/guardian must hold valid tickets.

Ticket Security

• The QR code on the ticket is unique and confidential. The holder is responsible for the security of this code.
• The event organizers will not be held liable for any unauthorized use or leakage of QR code information.

Refund and Exchange Policy

• Once purchased, tickets are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Ticket holders are not permitted to resell or offer their tickets for resale.

Event Cancellation and Changes

• The event organizers retain the right to postpone, cancel, or modify the event due to unforeseen adverse weather conditions, potential dangers, or other situations beyond their control.
• Should the event be cancelled, information regarding potential refunds or rescheduling will be provided as applicable.

Alteration of Terms

• The event organizers reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time.
• Attendees agree to comply with the most recent version of these terms and conditions.

Use of Proceeds

• All net profits from ticket sales for Faith 4 Palestine will be donated to Cinta Gaza Malaysia.
• The cost of light refreshments provided at the event will be deducted from the ticket price before calculating the donation amount.
• Details of the charitable donation, including the recipient charity and the total donated amount, will be made available upon request after the event's conclusion.
