A two-day festival bringing festive cheer to Kota Kinabalu this coming holiday season! Join in on the fun with live music and performances, workshops and games, and family-friendly activities for people of all ages.
About Cahaya in the City: Light In The City (LITC) has long been a beacon of unity, community spirit, and cultural pride in Sabah. Each year, we bring together Sabahan musicians, artists, and families to celebrate our heritage and create unforgettable memories.
For Cahaya in the City, we are hosting our first edition of “Winter Sulap”, an enchanting festival designed to bring families and friends together in celebration. Set against the backdrop of a Christmas carnival, attendees will have the opportunity to explore a diverse array of local vendors offering unique hand-crafted products, family-friendly games and workshops, live music with bands and choirs, and other performances.

Our Commitment to the Community: LITC has always been dedicated to giving back to the Sabahan community. Each year, we raise funds and awareness for local NGOs. This year, we are proud to support Cahaya Society, a pro-advocacy and community organisation that shares our values of unity, education, and community empowerment based in Sandakan, Sabah. Part of the ticket proceeds will be donated to Cahaya Society to further support their initiative to address the rights to education for all children.
