GENERAL

1. Please redeem your tickets with the QR code that will be sent to your email after your purchase. The redemption counter will be placed at the entrance during the event.

2. If we are open for early redemption before the event, details of the location will be announced in our official social media.

3. There are no refunds or exchange for any purchase.

4. Starlight Fantasy reserves the right to deny your entry if you have violated any/all rules in the event.

5. Starlight Fantasy reserves the right to vary and amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

6. Starlight Fantasy tickets are only sold online via Ticket2U.com.my. There is no other third party selling the ticket.

7. We are not responsible for any damage or fraud caused by any third-party sales.

8. Each ticket price EXCLUDES booking fees.

STARLIGHT FANTASY EARLY BIRD TICKET

1. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

2. You will receive a system email to confirm that your application has been successfully submitted.

3. All ticket holders must bring a valid NRIC / PASSPORT for verification purposes should applicable.

4. Tickets are strictly not transferable and resale of tickets is prohibited.

5. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any ticket holder who fails to comply with the event rules and regulations.

6. The event organizer reserves the right to change the event details, date, time, and venue without prior notice.

7. The event organizer will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft of personal belongings or property.

8. The event organizer reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. 

9. Any dispute arising from the purchase and/or use of the tickets shall be subject to the rules of the event organizer's jurisdiction.

10. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.

11.  The date for physical ticket redemption will be announced later on our Instagram and/or Facebook.

12. The organizer is not responsible for any damage or fraud caused by any possible party sales. 

During Event 

1. No smoking or consumption of illegal substances is permitted at the event venue.

2. No dangerous items and/or weapons of any possible form are allowed inside the event venue.

3. Live streaming and/or recording of any length without prior approval from organizer are prohibited at the event venue.

4. Security checks may be conducted by the event organizers at the event venue.

5. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual who violates the rules and regulations.

6. The event organizers are not responsible for any personal or property loss incurred at the event venue.

7. The organizer reserves the right to amend any rules & regulations in any form with and/or without any form of notice.

8. Treat all attendees with kindness, politeness, and respect. Refrain from using offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language.

9. Avoid engaging in any behavior that may make others uncomfortable or distressed.

10. Respect personal boundaries and obtain explicit consent before initiating any physical contact.

11. Do not invade anyone's personal space and/or any unauthorized space without permission.

12. DO NOT to bring any unrelated items or personal belongings not affiliated with attending artist's official goods during the meet and greet for signing purpose

13. Weapons, illegal substances, or any other items that may pose a threat to safety or disrupt the event are strictly prohibited.

14. Follow the designated queue management system. Respect the instructions provided by event staff or organizers.

15. Avoid asking personal, offensive, or inappropriate questions.

16. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who violates the rules, exhibits disruptive behavior, or poses a risk to others' safety or well-being.

17. Participants should adhere to any photography and recording guidelines set by the event organizers.

18. Obtain permission before taking photographs or recording videos of the any artist, cosplayer and attendees in the event.

19. Respect the confidentiality and privacy of the guests. Avoid sharing personal or sensitive information of other without their consent.

20. Participants are encouraged to follow any specific social media guidelines provided by the event organizers.

21. Comply with any additional rules and regulations specified by the venue hosting the meet and greet.

22. The event organizers, venue management, and their respective representatives shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings, including hand-held gifts, brought into the meet and greet area.

23. Adhere to any health and safety guidelines communicated by the event organizers or venue staff.
