Calling for vendors!

Very REXMAS Market happening at REXKL special for Christmas. We're looking for vendors who craft unique, festive goods that capture the magic of the season. Whether you specialize in handmade ornaments, artisanal treats, or any other Christmas-themed treasures, we invite you to be a part of our merry celebration. Slots are limited and we will be carefully selecting vendors that fit the theme and space.

Terms and Conditions

• The Organizers reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised details for the event at short notice (for example performer’s changes) without any obligation to refund.
• Please take care of your personal belongings. Organizers will not be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.
• All vendors agree to allow any search for any prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled substances, recording devices /electronics, large cameras, skateboards or roller-blades, umbrellas, and fireworks.
• Organizers will not be held responsible for damage or loss of items confiscated after the search.
• Smoking is prohibited within the area with the exception of designated smoking areas.
• Strictly no outside food and drinks allowed. 
  • Food and drinks bought outside of REXKL are not allowed in the venue.
  • No personal water bottles or food containers are allowed.
• All vendors voluntarily assume all risks and dangers that may occur during or after the event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.
• The Organizers reserve the right to eject anyone from the venue should they be found breaking any of the terms and conditions listed above, with no obligation for refunds to be made.

Purchase Information:

• Booth purchases are final and non-refundable for any reason.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at purchase are correct and current / latest information.
• We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase.
• For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the purchaser.
