Terms and Conditions
1. This Faber Towers x déMarket Christmas Par-Tea (“the Party”) will be held on the above-mentioned date and time, or such other period as the Management of Perbadanan Pengurusan Faber Towers (“Management”) may in its absolute discretion determine (“the Event Period”).
2. The Party is open to kids aged 5 to 12 years old, accompanied by guardians.
3. There will be strictly no replacement program available to Participants who do not eventually join the party, for any reason.
4. Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer their party entry to another participant.
5. Any notification sent to the e-mail address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the Participants.
6. If the Participants provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Organizer has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Organizer may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participants registration for the Event or entitlements and fees (if any) will not be refunded or compensated in any form.
7. The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.

9. The Organizer has the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
10. All Party entry forms shall be retained and belong to the Management and shall be dealt with as the Management deem fit.
General Terms and Conditions
- The Management’s decision on all matters relating to the Party shall be final and binding on all Eligible Participants.
- The Management reserves the right to publish/display the names, photographs and particulars of the Eligible Participants in any media/publication whatsoever.
- The Management reserves the right at any time to vary, delete or add on the terms and conditions herein without any prior notice.
- The Management reserves the right at any time to cancel or postpone this Workshops at its absolute discretion without any liability whatsoever to the Eligible Participants.
- By participating in the Party, all Eligible Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. The Management shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries arising from and out of the carrying out of the Party.
