Jessica Jung Concert Diamond Dreams Concert Tour in Kuala Lumpur

Renowned Korean-American singer, Jessica Jung, is set to hold her first solo concert in Malaysia titled <Diamond Dreams Concert Tour>! Organized by Sum Supreme Media, MSI Group, Bombear, 43, Ticatech, and Cosense, the concert will take place on January 13, 2024 (Saturday) at 7 pm, at Mega Star Arena, Kuala Lumpur. After 6 years, Jessica will finally meet with her "Golden Stars" (fans) in Malaysia!
Jessica began her career in Korea in 2007. With her unique voice and captivating stage presence, she has won the hearts of fans worldwide. Known for her beauty and serious personality, Jessica has been recognized as the "Ice Princess" for many years.

In 2014, she expanded her career by engaging in various fields, including singing, acting, fashion designing, and writing. Not only did she create her own fashion brand, Blanc & Eclare, but she also wrote an autobiographical novel. To interact with fans, she also opened a YouTube channel, sharing her daily life regularly.
Recently, Jessica has released several mini-albums and digital songs, including <With Love, J>, <WONDERLAND>, <My Decade>, and <Call Me Before You Sleep>. In 2022, Jessica joined the Chinese reality singing shows, <Sisters Who Make Waves Season 3> and <The Treasured Voice 4>, once again proving her singing prowess to the audience. Her outstanding performances in these shows received high recognition, and her popularity soared thereafter.

In November this year, after 6 years, Jessica finally returned to the music industry by launching her fourth mini-album titled <BEEP BEEP>. Jessica is currently holding her personal world concert tour, <Diamond Dreams Concert Tour>, and Kuala Lumpur has been chosen as one of the destinations. General Sales Conditions 

1. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only. 
2. This is an auto-assign seat event , it may not guarantee all seat will be assign together , please double check before proceed, once proceed it will not be cancel or change.  
3. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances. 
4. This is a fully seated event, no standing zone available. 

5. Children must have a ticket for admission. No admission for child aged 1 to 12 years old unless accompanied by an adult aged 21 years old and above for the same section.

6. Adult Ticket holders are responsible to take note of any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on minimum children admission age.

7. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket price exclusive of handling fee, ticketing fee & etc.

8. For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) ID can only be used to purchase up to SIX (6) tickets per transaction. 

9. Please ensure that the ticket purchase under you does not share to any other third party.

10. For those who purchase on behalf for your friend/family please make sure the ticket only given to the right person.

11. For multiple ticket purchaser, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase. 

12. In the event of any change of the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before Ticket2u customer service agents or any such authorized personnel in order to be registered. Ticket2u/Organizer customer service reserve the right to request for further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2u/Organizer ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse for hall entry.

13. The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity card submitted online during the ticket purchase online. On ground access control procedure and method are bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified here in and any other provision as may be specified from time to time. 

14. Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with QR code upon collection. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse ticket holder to entry the hall. 

15. Third party are not allowed to enter the event hall.

16. A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket. 

17. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Ticket2u reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found resold. 

18. Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed. 

19. In the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are required to show proof of purchase, if fail to provide required evidence, no entry will be allowed.

20. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy, and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos, and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.

21. Information is collected from those registering with Ticket2u to facilitate tickets or other services available. The information is collected and used under our Private Policy. 

22. The information collected from those registering with Ticket2u for marketing promotion will be processed following the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provides his/her consent to Ticket2u / concert organizer in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners, and/or authorized parties to contact Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions, and any other marketing and promotional activities.

23. Purchase from Unauthorised Sources / Refusal of Admission

    • Purchase of ticket shall only be made in our designated website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”), Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.

    • In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, and/or eject any person whose behavior does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.

24. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Tickets will be rendered invalid if resold. 

25. Delay & Postponement

    • Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferrable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under the paragraph below.

    • In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.

    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

    • In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances 

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

27. Consent

    • During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances and recording devices.

28. Assumption of Risk

    • The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

29. Changes to Event

    • Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists/performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice. 

    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

30. Recording/ Audiotaping

    • No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the Event.

31. Amendments

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right to supplement, add, change or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
