*Orgnised supply colour powder, you will pass through Colour Zones .The colour is 100% natural, food dyed, food grade cornstarch. *Participation shall collect your T-Shirt on 03/04/05-April-2015 (3 days) from 10.00 am - 5.30 pm at Kompleks Masyarakat Penyayang Penang. *Kindly present be informed that when come to collect your T-Shirt prior by your correct Name and I/C No. For those who collected on behalf of your group/friends you need to show up their correct Name and I/C No. *Participation in the even is at own risks. *Participation is open to those above 14 years old, for those below age must be get from their consent from parents guardian . Age below 13 year-old is free of charge . Must parents /guardian to bring along. *Organiser will acknowledge the payment received with an Official Receipt. *It is compulsory that every participants must registered and all entries will be processed in the order received. *Registration will only be vial after payment has been received and processed by the EVENT organised. *Incomplete entries, not accompanied with fees or mandatory fields not filled, will not be valid. *Registration fee is strictly not refundable and non-transferable and all fields in the registration from are compulsory and MUST be filled in. *All the payment is non-refundable upon payment received.
