TICKET PURCHASE AND EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

• All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only. You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at the time of purchase are correct and current / latest information. 
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. 
• Once a Block/Zone is selected for purchase, seats are auto-selected based on availability at the time of purchase. Kindly confirm before proceeding with payment. 
• Please keep your booking confirmation as proof of purchase. All other ticketing’s, venue & event entry terms & conditions apply. 
• Tickets may not be resold. By purchasing tickets through Ticket2U, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated.

• The event organizer may postpone, cancel and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing government guidelines. 
• Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any speakers and or vary advertised programs, event times, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice. 
• Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND/OR CHANGES TO YOUR EVENT

• Event Organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists/speakers and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories) and audience capacity.
• Under current health protocols related to Covid-19 at the time of the Event, the Event Organiser/Promoter reserves the right to reassign Purchaser’s seat. 

 AT THE VENUE

• Please ensure you arrive on time. Whilst every effort will be made to admit latecomers at a suitable break in the event, admission cannot always be guaranteed after the event has started 
• NO refund/compensation will be given to a latecomer.
• Please keep your ticket safe as you will be required to produce it to gain entry to the event. You will also be required to produce your ticket upon request for inspection at any time. 
• In certain unavoidable circumstances, the Event Organisers or the venue management may provide you with alternative seats. 
• All ticket holders may be subject to security checks, body/bag scans at all entry points into the event/performance venue.
• You agree that the event for which you purchased tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event. You irrevocably grant permission to the Event Organisers and to each of our designees, licensees, successors and assigns, including without limitation event and program sponsors, advertisers, and marketing partners, to and to own, license, assign and/or otherwise utilize your name, image, likeness, acts, poses, plays, appearance, movements, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the event (regardless of whether before, during, after or unrelated to a performance) for any purpose, in any manner, in any medium or context now known or hereafter devised without further authorization from, or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.
• You shall not bring into the venue or display or distribute (whether for free or not) at the event any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials.
• You may only leave and re-enter the venue during an event at the discretion of the event crew/staff. Otherwise, there will be no re-entry/re-admission or pass-outs of any kind.
• If you are involved with abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour at the event, or are carrying weapons or illegal or prohibited substances you may be refused admission to or ejected from the venue without compensation or refund.
• Admission to the venue and the event is subject to the terms, conditions and regulations of the venue and the event management. Amongst other things you will need to comply with health and safety rules and any security requirements. Any breach of the above may result in you being denied entry to the venue and you will not be entitled to a refund.
