"Ah, i made all the mistakes you said. I am clear now."
- Ms Ng.
From Prospecting, Demo, Package & Product Selection, Delivery, Fast Start Education, Follow-Up, Product Knowledge...
You have to know A LITTLE of everything, NOT EVERYTHING of one thing.
You can do a terrific demo, but if you don't know how to do the rest, you are only as strong as your weakest link.
When basketball player get into the "ZONE", they score effortlessly. To get into the "ZONE", they need to feel good about warming up, running the court, shooting free throws, cheering for teammates. They have the FLOW, to get into the ZONE.
Do you have the FLOW already? Or you always stuck at
1) How can I reply this message without offending him?
2) How can I reject her request while keeping her confidence level high?
3) How should I spend my hours?
4) Is that something wrong I said, that makes her suddenly so hostile to me?
Everything happens for a reason. It started from you.
Yes, no matter how ridiculous it seems, Everything Is Your Fault.
and me too: "everything is my fault". Then, solution appears.
After thousands "everything is my fault", I have grown an organisation of 54k of Brand Partners, rising to become the youngest SPD in company history and the recipient of inaugural Enlightenment Award.
All without any Direct Sales background.
But i am glad to say i don't have direct sales background, because LifeWave is not a direct sales in spirit.
I have distillate what i have discovered for the past 4 years in LifeWave, to craft this LifeWave MBA course.
I dissect
1) LifeWave compensation plan for you so that you can better strategise. ,
2) Age group of LifeWave potential customers, so that you know how to take good care of them.
3) Common sentiments of customers, so that you can keep your emotion under control.
And many more that I wish someone point that out to me when I first started.
