Cancellation

• Cancellations are not accepted, and the fee is non-refundable.

Name Change / Substitution

• All registrations are only valid for the registered person.
• If a registered delegate is unable to attend the Summit may nominate a substitute delegate by notifying us in writing to the Summit Secretariat by 5^th July 2024 with complete information as required in the online registration form.
• Any request for name change of registration must be in writing to the summit secretariat at [email protected].

• The Committee reserves the right to change the date(s) or speaker(s), if deemed fit, without prior notice.
• The Committee further reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event without liability other than the return of the course fee. 
• The Organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event. 
• At this summit, photographs and videos may be taken by the event organiser for promotional and documentation purposes. By attending this summit, you have granted permission for your image to be used in promotional materials such as brochures, websites, and social media by The Organiser; unless advised by you otherwise.
• In the event that the committee finds that a user has provided or registered an invalid Membership ID, the user will be subject to an additional charge of RM 100 for the individual registrations (Individual Price) and RM 150 for group registrations (Group Price). This charge is applied to cover administrative costs and ensure the integrity of the registration process. The Organiser reserves the right to verify Membership IDs and take appropriate action as deemed necessary.
