Print your e-Ticket or save it on your portable electronic device and present it, together with the personal ID of the ticket holder, at the entrance or the box office. Admission time is 15 minutes before the performance begins.
At the event's premises, the ticket holder (customer) shall comply with the rules and conditions of the venue and the organizer of the event. In addition, the customer confirms that he/she will comply with the currently valid epidemiological regulations when visiting the event by purchasing a ticket.
Performances are subject to changes of cast, date, program, and such modifications shall not create an entitlement to return admission tickets. In the case of cancellation of the event, the ticket holder must apply for a ticket refund without delay. Penang Symphony Orchestra will refund 100% of the ticket price within two weeks. Reimbursement of other expenses (accommodation, transport, shipping, and others) shall not be granted.
If the event is canceled due to force majeure (vis major), e.g. Covid situation, the ticket will not be refunded. The customer will be provided with a voucher to select a replacement date for the performance.
Purchased tickets are not returned or exchanged. As all bookings are binding and the ticket purchase results in a contractual agreement exclusively between the customer and the respective event organizer, the customer has no right to withdraw from his or her order for whatever reason. Likewise, if the customer cannot attend the event (in time), he/she has no right to any reimbursement.
