Ticket Purchase:

• All ticket prices are in MYR
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. (Ticket may be transferred if given valid reason with supporting documents)
• Tickets must be purchased through Ticket2u.
• Limited availability; tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Event Regulations:

• No audio or video recording allowed.
• Attendees must be 18 years old or above. 
• Infants or children are not admitted.
• NRIC/Passport and E-Ticket must be presented for entry.
• Dress code may be enforced; attendees are expected to adhere to a certain dress standard.
• Latecomers may be refused entry or admitted only during suitable breaks in the program.
• The use of mobile phones or electronic devices should be kept to a minimum during the event to avoid disruption

Event Management:

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees from the event premises for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behaviour.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organizer will communicate updates via Whatsapp and email.
• Any changes to the event schedule or program will be communicated to attendees as soon as possible.

Miscellaneous:

• Attendees assume all risks associated with the event.
• Personal information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy.
• Attendees are responsible for their own belongings during the event; the organizer is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
• By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
• The organizer may provide meals, refreshments, or other amenities during the event; attendees with dietary restrictions or allergies should inform the organizer in advance.
