Malaysia Fight League Ticketing Terms and Conditions

1. General

   1. These terms and conditions govern the sale and use of tickets for Malaysia Fight League (MFL) events.
   2. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Ticket Purchase

   1. Tickets are available for purchase through authorized channels only.
   2. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

3. Ticket Use

   1. Each ticket grants admission to one person only.
   2. Tickets must be presented upon entry, either in printed form or electronically, as specified by the event organizer.
   3. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
   4. Unauthorized resale of tickets is prohibited and may result in refusal of entry.

4. Entry and Security

   1. Entry to the event venue is subject to security checks.
   2. Prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, and illegal substances, are not allowed inside the venue.
   3. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the venue for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behavior.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation

   1. Event dates, times, and locations are subject to change by the event organizer.
   2. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund as determined by the event organizer.
   3. Event organizers are not liable for any expenses incurred by ticket holders due to event changes or cancellations.

6. Liability

   1. Attendees assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event.
   2. Event organizers, venue operators, and their affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss suffered by attendees, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Recording and Photography

   1. Attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the audience, and grant permission for their likeness to be used for promotional purposes.

8. Code of Conduct

   1. Attendees must adhere to the event's code of conduct, which prohibits harassment, discrimination, and other inappropriate behavior.
   2. Attendees who violate the code of conduct may be removed from the venue without refund.

9. Jurisdiction

   1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
   2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the courts of Malaysia.

10. Severability

    1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
