Description: Welcome to our special International Yoga Day celebration at KL Tower! Join us for a 90 minute yoga class led by Atilia Haron and Melvin Wong starting at 7:30 am to 8:15am (Atilia) and 8:30am to 9:15am (Melvin). In both these classes (yes you can do just one OR both) we will focus on the beautiful flow of movement and breath, allowing you to connect deeply with your inner self and the energy around you. Prepare to awaken your senses, find balance, and embrace the tranquility of the morning as we practice together in this iconic location.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class is open to all levels. As we celebrate the International Yoga Day, we would like to give back for a good cause. Participation fee is 100% donation which will go to cancer research work in Malaysia.
