What is Charity Showcase @ UPSI?

Charity Showcase @ UPSI is a unique event that blends art with philanthropy stemming from a passionate vision of Utech members. Driven by a deep commitment to social responsibility, a percentage of ticket sales will be donated to selected Malaysian charity, transforming the event into a meaningful contribution beyond entertainment.

Understanding the love for pop music in our community, our aim is to create an inclusive atmosphere that resonates with everyone. For this event, our objectives are:

• Fundraise for selected charities

• Cultivate empathy through pop culture

• Leadership development

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Only a maximum of 10 tickets is allowed per transaction.
• All tickets will be sold online, during registration, a physical ticket will be issued.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
• All seat are for Free Seating.
• Ticket buyers and holders must be above the age of 7 years old.
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.
• Adult Ticket holders are responsible for taking note of any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on children under the minimum admission age.
• There is no admission for infants or children under 7 years old.
• Tickets are non-transferable. Reselling is strictly prohibited. All tickets will be rendered as invalid if resold.
• The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket price exclusive of handling fee, ticketing fee, etc.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility
• By purchasing tickets through Ticket2U, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated.
• If in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are required to show proof of purchase, if you fail to provide evidence, no entry will be allowed.
• Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy, and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos, and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
• Kindly present the printed ticket or online e-ticket QR code for verification purposes upon registration on the event day.
• This is an indoor event, it will not be impacted by rain.
• The show will continue if it is raining.
• Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferrable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under the paragraph below.
• In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.
• The organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
• In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances 
• Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
• During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.
• The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
• The organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists / performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice. 
• The organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
• Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right to supplement, add, change or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

RE-ENTRY POLICY 

• Please keep in mind that re-entry is allowed to the concert and event area, however, you need to have physical tickets on you all the time. Once lost, you cannot leave and enter again.
• The Organizer/promoter reserves the right to take action to prohibit entry to the venue for an actual ticket with QR Code that has been used previously by others.

PURCHASE INFORMATION:

• You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at the time of purchase are correct and current / latest information.
• We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase.
• For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the Ticket Buyer's registered email address. 
• Please keep your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.
• All other ticketings, venue & event entry terms & conditions apply.
• For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) ID can only be used to purchase up to FIVE (5) tickets per transaction. 
• The ticket holder shall undertake all risks and dangers which the ticket holder may face while attending the event. The ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the stadium or venue.
• In the event of any change to the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase, the current valid Identity Card must be produced before Ticket2u customer service agents or any such authorized personnel in order to be registered. Ticket2u/Organizer customer service reserves the right to request further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser, Ticket2U/Organizer ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse hall entry.
• The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity Card submitted online during the ticket purchase online. On ground access control procedures and methods are bound by the Terms & Conditions of Sale specified here in and any other provision as may be specified from time to time.
• Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with a QR code upon collection. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, the organiser reserves the absolute right to refuse ticket holders entry into the hall.
• A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket.
• Information is collected from those registering with ticket2u in order to facilitate tickets or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Private Policy. 
• The information collected from those registering with ticket2u in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the registrant provides his or her consent to ticket2u or the concert organizer processing their information and permits sponsors, partners, and/or authorized parties to contact the registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions, and any other marketing and promotional activities.
• Purchase from Unauthorized Sources / Refusal of Admission
• The purchase of tickets shall only be made on our designated website at https://www.hitmanlive.com& https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”), any ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorized copies, and the purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the event.
• In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the event.
• Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to and/or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.
