Terms and Conditions for Johor International Boxing Championship 2025 (JIBC 2025)

1. Ticket Purchase and Admission

   • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed unless the event is canceled or postponed.
   • Each ticket admits one person only. Re-entry is not permitted without prior authorization.
   • Tickets must be presented in printed or digital form upon entry. Unauthorized duplication of tickets is strictly prohibited.

2. Event Changes

   • The organizer reserves the right to change the event date, venue, schedule, or lineup without prior notice. Updates will be communicated through official channels.

3. Entry and Security

   • Admission is subject to venue capacity and security regulations. Bag checks and security screenings will be conducted at entry points.
   • Dangerous items, alcohol, illegal substances, or any prohibited materials are strictly forbidden at the venue.

4. Conduct and Behavior

   • Attendees must conduct themselves responsibly at all times. The organizer reserves the right to remove individuals behaving inappropriately, causing disturbance, or breaching security.
   • Smoking, vaping, and the use of recording devices for live streaming are prohibited during the event.

5. Liability

   • The organizer, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.
   • Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the ticket holder.

6. Photography and Media

   • By attending, attendees consent to photography, video recording, and media coverage, which may be used for promotional purposes by the organizer and its partners.

7. Age Restrictions

   • This event is open to all ages; however, attendees under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

8. Prohibited Activities

   • Unauthorized solicitation, promotion, or distribution of materials is not allowed within the venue.
   • Resale of tickets at a higher price is prohibited and may result in voided tickets.

9. Force Majeure

   • The organizer is not liable for cancellation or disruption of the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or acts of God.

10. Governing Law

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
