We are pleased to announce that on September 7th this year,
we will be hosting the 1st Positivian Global Mental Health Forum

Psychologic experts from Australia, South Africa, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia will share their experiences,
aiming to explore and enhance mental health, and create a friendly society.

The event will last for one and a half days.

Positivian Global Mental Health Forum and Run Tomo City Walk - Terms and Conditions


1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Positivian Global Mental Health Forum and Run Tomo City Walk events (hereinafter referred to as "the Events").

1.2 By registering for the Events, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and Fees

2.1 The registration fee includes access to both the Positivian Global Mental Health Forum and the Run Tomo City Walk.

2.2 The fees for the Events are as follows:

  • General Early Bird Admission: RM190
  • General Admission: RM250
  • Student Early Bird Admission: RM90
  • Student Admission: RM150

2.3 To qualify for the student price, participants must upload a valid student ID during the registration process.

3. Student Verification

3.1 All students are required to upload a clear and valid copy of their student ID during the registration process.

3.2 If it is found that a participant has registered as a student but fails to provide valid proof of student status, the participant will be charged the difference between the student price and the general admission price.

3.3 The organizers reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the student ID provided. If any discrepancies are found, the registration may be cancelled, and the participant may be denied access to the Events without a refund.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

4.1 All registration fees are non-refundable unless the Events are cancelled by the organizers.

4.2 In the event of cancellation by the organizers, participants will be notified via the email address provided during registration, and a full refund will be issued.

4.3 Participants may transfer their registration to another person by notifying the organizers at least 3days before the Events. The new participant must provide the necessary registration details and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

5. Participation

5.1 Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during the Events.

5.2 The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant from the Events for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

5.3 The Events will be held regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the organizers. Participants should dress appropriately for the weather and be prepared for changes in conditions.

6. Liability

6.1 The organizers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participating in the Events, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the organizers.

6.2 Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the Events. It is recommended that participants have adequate health insurance coverage.

7. Privacy

7.1 The personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and managing the Events.

7.2 The organizers may take photographs and videos during the Events for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in such materials.

8. Weather Policy for Run Tomo City Walk:
8.1 In the event of heavy rain or thunderstorms on the day of the Run Tomo City Walk, and the activity cannot proceed, the organizer will not issue any refunds. The decision to cancel or postpone the event will be at the sole discretion of the organizer.

9. Amendments

9.1 The organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email and will be effective immediately upon notification.
