- Is there an age requirement to participate in Offline 16?
The event is open to all participants aged 12 and above. Participants below 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- How much is the registration fee?
The registration fee is RM120 for general admission and RM100 for students aged 12 and above. Students are required to upload their student ID for verification during the registration process.
- How can I gain access to the Tropicana Golf & Country Resort?
Please proceed through the visitor lane and inform the guard that you are heading to the clubhouse.
- What time do I need to arrive at the event?
Registration starts promptly at 7:00 a.m. Please arrive on time to register, collect your event kit, and change into the event T-shirt. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m.
- If I arrive late or need to leave earlier, can I still participate?
We highly recommend that you adhere strictly to the event schedule. Participation is welcome; however, please note that you will not qualify for finisher entitlements if you arrive late or leave early.
- Is there sufficient parking space available?
Yes, there is ample free parking available at the multi-story visitor parking and open-air parking areas. Please follow the signboards to the parking area.
- Do I need to do a COVID-19 test before attending the event?
While not mandatory, we encourage all participants to conduct a self-test before the event for the safety of themselves and others.
- What do I need to present to collect my event kit?
To collect your event kit, please present your e-ticket at the registration desk. The e-ticket can be shown on your phone or as a printed copy. Ensure that the QR code or barcode on the e-ticket is clearly visible for scanning.
- What's included in the event kit?
You will receive an event T-shirt in the colour and size you choose at sign-up, a canvas bag, a wristband, a passbook, and a pouch to store your phone securely at the registration desk.
- What should I wear during the event?
It is recommended that you wear the event T-shirt provided. For your safety and comfort, we suggest wearing comfortable long pants and covered shoes. You may change into your yoga attire during yoga sessions.
- What is the event passbook for?
The event passbook allows you to collect stamps by participating in activities throughout the event. After collecting eight stamps, you qualify for a chance to enter our lucky draw.
- What if I misplaced my event passbook?
If you misplaced your event passbook, you can obtain a new one. However, you will need to participate in the activities again to qualify for a stamp.
- Is there a baggage deposit area on the event day?
No, there will not be a baggage deposit area available on the event day. Participants are responsible for their own belongings. We recommend bringing only essential items and keeping them with you at all times.
- Do I need to bring anything with me on the event day?
Please present your e-ticket for entry. It's also recommended to bring a towel, an extra shirt to change into, if you wish to. These items will help ensure your comfort throughout the event. If you anticipate needing to make purchases, please bring cash or a credit card, as we do not accept QR payments to maintain an offline environment.
- Can I bring my phone or any other digital gadgets to the event?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your phone, but it must be kept inside the sealed pouch provided at registration. Smartwatches, tablets, laptops, game consoles, and any other digital gadgets are not permitted at the event to ensure an offline, distraction-free environment. However, you are welcome to bring any type of camera to capture memories.
- Do I need to turn off and surrender my phone at the event?
It's not necessary to turn off your phone, but you must turn off data and WiFi on phones or any other digital gadgets. Additionally, you must place phones and any other digital gadgets in the provided sealed pouch at registration and refrain from making or answering any calls during the event. Participants are responsible for keeping their own gadgets throughout the event.
- What if I need to use my phone during the event?
If you need to use your phone during the event, please inform the event crew at the registration desk to unseal your phone pouch. However, please note that this will result in disqualification from the event, and you will not receive your finisher entitlements. After using your phone, you are required to reseal it.
- Can I use my phone to take photos during the event?
No, you are not allowed to use your phone from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight during the event. If you wish to take photos, we suggest bringing a camera. Additionally, there will be official photographers on-site throughout the day to document the event. After the event, participants will have access to these professional photos, which will be available for download from a cloud server. We will provide further instructions on how to access and download the photos closer to the event date.
- Can I unseal the phone pouch on my own?
No, you are not allowed to unseal the phone pouch on your own. If you are caught unsealing or using a phone or any other digital device during the event without notifying the event crew, you will be asked to reseal the device immediately. Additionally, you will be disqualified from the event and will not receive your finisher entitlements.
- What should I do if I am injured during the event?
Please notify the nearest marshals or medical responders immediately for necessary medical attention.
- Do I need to purchase insurance?
All participants are covered with insurance provided by the event organisers.
- Are refreshments provided?
Yes, refreshments will be provided throughout the event. Lunch, dinner and four tea breaks will be served in bento boxes, which you selected during sign-up. If you have any dietary restrictions or special requests, please inform us during sign-up so we can accommodate your needs.
- Can I bring or order outside food to the venue?
No outside food is allowed at the event.
- Do I need to stay at the venue throughout the event and join all activities?
You are required to be present at the event venue for its entire duration. However, you have the option to opt out of activities as you prefer. Please note that to qualify for finisher entitlements, you must complete a minimum of 8 activities and remain offline throughout the event.
- What can I do if I do not join the activities?
You can explore our booths in different zones. We offer a variety of other activities such as fitness challenges, health tests, massages, stretching sessions, healing therapies, DIY workshops, and a reading zone for your enjoyment.
- Can I take a break and rest at the event?
Yes, if you feel tired, you may rest at the dedicated chill zone. Feel free to bring your own sleeping bag for added comfort.
- Can I wear my own yoga attire during yoga and sound bath sessions?
Yes, you are welcome to wear your own yoga attire to the sessions. Please ensure your attire is comfortable and suitable for yoga and sound bath activities.
- What should I bring for the yoga and sound bath sessions?
It is recommended to bring your own yoga mat, blocks, pillow, and blanket for your comfort. Alternatively, these items, along with hand sanitiser, will be provided for your convenience. However, please note that the provided items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- What do I need to prepare for the badminton session with Pearly Tan?
You are recommended to bring your own racket; shuttlecocks will be provided. To participate, please book your slot at the registration counter; slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure everyone has a chance to play, each participant is limited to a designated time slot.
- Can I get a chance to take a photograph or get an autograph from Pearly Tan?
Yes, you may. It will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, there will be a scheduled group photo session with Pearly Tan during the event.
- When can I unseal my phone?
You can unseal your phone at the end of the event, which concludes at 12:00 midnight, at the registration desk for official verification by the Malaysia Book of Records team.
- Do I still receive my finisher entitlements if I do not complete my offline hours?
Finisher entitlements, including the badge and e-certificate, are reserved for registered participants who have completed the required offline hours and a minimum of eight activities. The finisher badge can be collected at the conclusion of the event at the registration desk. The e-certificate will be sent to your registered email address within seven days.
- How do I qualify for a lucky draw?
You qualify for a lucky draw as soon as you collect 8 stamps on your event passbook from participating in the event activities.
- What if someone needs to look for me during the event?

- Is a prayer room available?
Yes, there is a prayer room provided specifically for Muslim attendees to accommodate their religious needs.
- Do I receive any T PRIVILEGE points for participating in the Offline 16?
Yes, you will be awarded 1,500 T PRIVILEGE points via the app two days after the event concludes. Please ensure you download the Tropicana 360 App.
- What is T PRIVILEGE?
T PRIVILEGE is a loyalty programme within the Tropicana 360 App that awards its members with loyalty points for purchasing goods or services at participating merchants' outlets and Tropicana business units.
