Conditions of Sale
1) All payments for the Conference must be made in full at the time of completing the registration and are NOT refundable.
2) If you are unable to attend the Conference, we welcome a substitute participant provided that we have at least 2 weeks prior notice of the name of your substitute.
3) Official photographers will be taking photographs, recording video or making audio recordings during the Conference. The photographs, videos and audio recordings will be used for Conference-related activities including in promotional materials, in both print and electronic format, as well as on the Internet via website and social media.
