Terms and Conditions:

1. Tickets purchased are strictly not exchangeable, returned, or refundable.
2. This is a gamified event where visitors stand a chance to redeem gifts while visiting booths.
3. Early bird promotion will end on 30th July 2024. Early bird tickets and bundle purchase promotions are only available for 3-day passes.        
4. Last date to purchased ticket that required postage service will end on 28 August 2024.
5. Tickets will start being posted out in batches after 15 August for those using the postage service.
6. Collect your tickets from the redemption counter on the day of the event
7. All tickets and entry passes are allowed to enter Exhibition Hall 1-7; however entry to the Main Stage and/or other activities is on a first come first served basis, subject to safety and capacity regulations.
8. Buyers will bear the ticket postage fees.
