REGISTRATION AND FEES
1. All participant must submit their entries and payment online through the website
2. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete entry details.
3. All entries are based on a first-come first-serve basis unless otherwise stated.
4. The event is open to all Malaysian citizen who hold a valid Malaysian Passport and/or Malaysian IC ONLY.
5.Runners aged between 7-12 years old must be registered in a Family of 4. The child must also be accompanied by a parent who will also be fully responsible for the child.
6. Once the registration is completed and payment has been made, entry fees for those who for whatever reason(s) do not take part in the event are NOT TRANSFERABLE, NON REFUNDABLE AND NON DEFERRABLE.
7. Race entry is non-transferable to unregistered runners. Those who are discovered to participate with an unauthorized race number will be disqualified.
8. Upon confirmation of participation, change to the category or other details will not be entertained. Any change of category requires a new registration.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to limit, accept or reject any entries without prior notice and reasons.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to close entries before deadline without any notice or when the quota of a race/start is full.
11. Completion of the registration form is an indication of the participant’s agreement to abide by the rules and regulations form shall be assumed received by the Participant.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these Rules and Regulations of the Event from time to time as they deem fit.
2. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the Organiser shall be the authority to interpret and in doing so, the Organiser will take into account the interest of all the affected participants.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to prevent a participant’s continuation in the race should they fail to comply with the rules and regulations.
4. Any disputes arising from participation in the event shall be referred to Arbitration to be conducted in Malaysia within the Law of Malaysia
EVENT DAY
1. Runners' Safety:
- The organizer shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, resulting from injury, whether fatal or otherwise, of any participants or for damages to or loss of such person's property.
2. What to wear and bring:
- You are encouraged to wear the Events t-shirt that is found in the race pack that you have collected earlier.
- Come in your most comfortable running shoes to minimize any unnecessary discomfort during the race.
3. Wet weather
If it rains before the event:
- Runners are to proceed to race venue for further instructions.
- If there are any delays, announcements will be made at the event ground by 6.30 am.
- If the bad weather persists past 7.30 am , the race will be cancelled.
If it rains during the race:
- Announcements will be made by the marshals along the running route to advice participants to take shelter.
- Participants can proceed with the run at their own risk.
After the run:
- Don't just head home right after completing the run! Join our booths, CPR demonstration and training , choking aid training and relay run.
- Dont forget to stick around to check if you've won the grand prize in the lucky draw!
