HYBE General Terms & Conditions
· Time limit for 60 mins per entry.
· The exhibition is in ONE WAY, so the guest cannot get back the section which has been visited.
· The use of flashlights, tripods and selfie sticks is prohibited in the entire exhibition area, and photography & videography is NOT ALLOWED in exhibition areas.
· Please abide by the regulations of each area of the exhibition, and respect the intellectual property rights of the artists and the copyright of the works.
· Merchandise area available where guests can shop for exclusive merchandise only for [HYBE INSIGHT] ] THE DAYDREAM BELIEVERS: 꿈, 마침내 IN MALAYSIA EXHIBITION
· No food or beverages are permitted once you’ve entered the exhibition.
· We accept Credit Card, E-wallet ONLY for ticket and merchandise purchases.
· Each E-ticket are entitled to exchange (1) one special photocard at the entrance. Guest can designate the group but not allow to choose the member.
Admission
· Ticket selling is available at the entrance of the venue.
· The E-ticket is non-refundable, not for resale, non-replaceable if lost or stolen, and will not be valid if it is altered or damaged.
· Ticket holder below the age of 13 must be always accompanied by an adult.
· Ticket purchased is valid on the selected date only.
· The entering slot will be separated into 00, 15, 30, 45 minutes in each hour. For example, the earliest entering time is 10:00, the next is 10:15, and the third entering time is 10:30 … and so on.
· If the number of people in the certain slot is more than the venue capacity, the host will decide the sequence based on the order of the priority. Besides, the host will provide the number plate depending on situation to avoid the waiting time is too long.
· Last entry at 9:00pm daily.
Prohibited Activities / Items
While at exhibition hall, visitors must NOT:
· Offer or display any goods or services for sale.
· Distribute any printed or recorded material.
· Bring any flag, banner or signage.
· Play any music or sound, except via personal earphones.
· Engage in any unsafe act or impede the operation of the exhibition.
· Smoking or vaping inside the venue
· Taking photos and videos are allowed ONLY in specific areas/zones. Any kind of live streaming without prior permission is prohibited. The use of Fujifilm, Mirrorless, Leica cameras, GoPro, and any action or 360 cameras is strictly prohibited inside the exhibit. Any such devices found in use will be confiscated.
The following are not be brought into the exhibition hall:
· Pets.
· Outside food and beverage, except for bottled water.
· Glass containers.
· Illegal, hazardous or combustible items.
· Transport devices with wheels (except wheelchairs), including without limitation skateboards, scooters, in-line skates or shoes with built-in wheels.
· Remote-controlled devices and unmanned aerial vehicles (drones).
· Suitcases, coolers with or without wheels, larger than 55 x 35 x 25cm.
· Weapons or items that appear to be used as weapons.
· Face coverings, except for religious or medical purposes, or face masks.
· Items (including clothing) with language or imagery offensive to the general culture of Malaysia.
Safety, Security and Comfort
· By entering visitors accept that they have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure their own safety, taking into account any personal medical conditions. All visitors in and around the exhibition should behave in a safe manner at all times and accompanying adults shall exercise reasonable steps in supervising the kids.
· May conduct security checks on visitors’ belongings.
· May, without refund or compensation, refuse admission to, or remove from the exhibition, any visitor who contravenes these T&C.
Ticketing
· Ticket purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-reschedule.

· All tickets are for SINGLE ADMISSION only. You are not allowed to RE-ENTER once the ticket scanned.
· Daily maximum capacity is to ensure smooth traffic flow in the exhibition.
Disclaimers
· Organizer of the exhibition reserves the right to change any aspect of operations, including maintenance, renovation, or private events. Events are subject to postponement or cancellation; if such events are organised by organizer, it will try its best (but is not obligated) to notify visitors who have made prior registration for such events.
· Shall not be liable for any death, injury, damage, or loss howsoever caused within exhibition area.
· Organizer will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen belongings.

1. Introduction
Welcome to the SAT K-POP Carnival ("the Event"). By registering for or attending the Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Event Information
- Event Name: SAT K-POP Carnival
- Dates: 1 July – 1 September 2024 (Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

3. Registration and Payment

4. Prohibited Activities / Items
Visitors must NOT:
- Engage in any behavior that endangers themselves or others, including but not limited to climbing on structures, running in crowded areas, or obstructing pathways.
- Vendors are not permitted to sell or display any illegal or prohibited items as outlined by local regulations.
- Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the carnival grounds.
- Photography and videography are permitted for personal use only. Live streaming or commercial photography requires prior permission from event organizers.
- The following items are prohibited within the carnival area:
- Pets, except for service animals.
- Alcoholic beverages brought from outside.
- Glass containers.
- Hazardous materials or items that pose a risk to public safety.
- Skates, skateboards, or other wheeled devices (except for strollers and wheelchairs).
- Unauthorized drones or remote-controlled aircraft.
5. Safety, Security, and Comfort
- All participants and visitors are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution while navigating the carnival area. Please be mindful of uneven terrain, crowds, and potential hazards.
- Security personnel may conduct random checks on bags and belongings as a precautionary measure.
- Event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals from the carnival grounds if they violate these terms and conditions or engage in disruptive behavior.

7. Health and Safety

- Masks are recommended, particularly in crowded areas or where social distancing is challenging.
- Participants exhibiting symptoms of illness are kindly asked to refrain from attending the event out of consideration for others.
