Event T&C:-

• This is a free seating event according to the zone, all the seat arrangement shall be first come first server basic arrange by our event crew/usher inside the hall. NO Seat reservation allow.
• Ticket sold are non refundable.
• Children 10 yrs old & above require to purchase ticket.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by adult or legal guardian
• Tickets are non transferable. Reselling is strictly prohibited. All tickets will be rendered as invalid if resold.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.
• The ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the stadium or venue.
• The entrance wristband can be collected at tentatively 9am at Ticket counter/Ticket Box Office in the morning on the day of the event. Ticket counter/Ticket Box Office close at 9.30pm.
• The ticket buyer/holder shall be responsible for all entrance wristband after they have been picked up/collected, LOST or DAMAGED of the entrance wristband will not be exchange or entertained.
• The event organizer may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
• We bear no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to your personal property whilst at event.

• We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase.
• For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the purchaser(Buyer Email).
• No smoking permitted outside the smoking area
• Strictly no prohibited drugs and weapons allowed
• Management will not tolerate offensive behavior. Enjoy the show in an orderly manner
• Management reserves the right to take action against any patrons who breaches any of the above terms and conditions
