Terms and Conditions:

1. Participants must complete and submit the registration form by the specified deadline.
2. Registration fees are non-refundable. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entries once the entry is accepted if any applicants provide false information, do not make the required payment, or fail to meet entry requirements as stated in the form.
3. Participants take part in the event at their own risk. The organizers, sponsors, and any affiliated parties are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damage incurred before, during, or after the event.
4. Only registered participants will receive a finisher T-shirt, Medal, and Bib.
5. Participants must collect their race kit on the designated date and time.
6. Participants must be physically fit and in good health to participate in the event.
7. Participants must inform the organizers of any medical conditions that may affect their participation.
8. The Organizers reserve the right to close entries before deadline without any notice or when the quota of is full.
9. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns).
10. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be communicated.

Rules and Regulations:

1. The Organizers reserve the right to modify or substitute any of these Rules and Regulations of the Event from time to time as they deem fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the Organizers shall be the authority to interpret and in doing so, the Organizers will take into account the interests of all the affected Participants.
2. The Organizers reserve the right to prevent a participant's continuation in the race should they fail to comply with the rules and regulations.
3. Any disputes arising from participation in the KITA RUN 2024 shall be referred to Arbitration to be conducted in Malaysia within the Laws of Malaysia.
4. Participants must arrive at the starting point at least 30 minutes before the race begins.
5. Participants must adhere to the designated route and follow any signage or directions given by event staff.
6. No pets, or any form of wheel-run objects of transport e.g. inline skates, prams, strollers, push cars, shoes with built-in or attached rollers are not allowed on the course during the race except official race and medical vehicles.
