Lio & Friends Rules & Regulations:

1. Ticket sold are non-refundable.
2. We are open from 10 am to 9 pm.
3. Our playground is designed for children aged up to 12 years. 
4. Socks are compulsory for both children and adults. (No shoes or bare feet allowed).
5. Loose accessories, jewelry and sharp objects must be removed before entering play area.
6. Rough play will not be tolerated. You and your children may be asked to leave if you pose a threat to other guests or staff.
7. Please ensure your child has changed new diapers / used the washroom before entering the playground. A cleaning fee of RM200 will be charged for urine or poo leakage.
8. Outside food and drinks are prohibited, except for plain drinking water.
9. Strictly no food & drinks in all play area. RM100 cleaning fee will be imposed if food or water is spilled in the playground area.
10. Due to safety concerns, we retain the right to deny entry if the number of children exceeds our facility's capacity, even with a purchased entry ticket.
11. Wristband must be worn all the time. The wristband cannot be transferred and will become invalid if damaged or altered.
12. Please safeguard your personal belongings as we are not liable for any loss, theft, accident, or damage to personal property.
13. No drop-off and do not leave your child unattended as we are not providing any childcare service. An adult must accompany minors, parent or guardian supervision is required. While we strive to ensure the safety of all guests, the management will not be held liable for any injuries.
14. Guardian swapping is not permitted, and the wristband for parent/guardian/adult is non-transferable.
15. Children can only enter or exit the playground with a verified parent/guardian.
16. You might be captured in photographs or recordings during your time at Lio & Friends, which could be used for advertising, promotional or security measures. Guests hereby authorize the management to use such material without any obligation or fee.
17. The management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time for the safety and benefits of all customers.
18. By entering Lio & Friends, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and conditions set by the management
19. All published prices are subject to change without prior notice.
20. Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an e-mail notification and your E-Ticket will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.
21. We recommend you to use a personal e-mail address for your ticket purchase. If you used your work e-mail for the transaction and have not received the e-mail notification, do check your Spam folder. It is possible that your employer has marked this as Spam. However, if you have not received any e-mail notification or your E-Ticket, do contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
22. IMPORTANT NOTE: There are charges for switching from Weekday Ticket to Weekend/school & Public Holidays Ticket in the event of incorrect purchases. No refunds will be given for switching from Weekend/school & Public Holidays Ticket to Weekday Ticket.
    
    The management has the right to amend the Terms & Condition without prior notice.
