1. Event Overview

"Beyond the Bite: Digital Disruption in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry" (hereafter referred to as "the Event") is organized by FMH Group Sdn. Bhd. The Event will feature a keynote session with the CIO of QSR and is scheduled to take place on the 26th of September 2024 at Black Box, DPAC, Damansara Perdana. By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Ticketing

• Ticket Purchase: All tickets for the Event must be purchased through ticket2u.
• Non-Transferable: Tickets purchased for the Event are strictly non-transferable. Attendees must present a valid ticket matching their identification upon entry.
• Non-Refundable: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, changes in travel plans, or inability to attend.
• E-Tickets: Only electronic tickets (e-tickets) will be accepted at the Event. Please ensure you have a digital or printed copy of your ticket with you on the day of the Event.z

3. Event Participation

• Entry Requirements: Attendees must comply with any security or health and safety requirements outlined by FMH Group Sdn. Bhd. or the venue. Failure to do so may result in denied entry or removal from the Event without a refund.
• Behavior: FMH Group Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event who is deemed to be disruptive, intoxicated, or otherwise causing a disturbance, without a refund.
• Photography and Recording: By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by FMH Group Sdn. Bhd. for promotional and marketing purposes.

4. Event Changes

• Changes to the Event: FMH Group Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to make changes to the Event, including but not limited to the date, time, location, speakers, or content. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes.
• Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Event is canceled by FMH Group Sdn. Bhd., ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.

5. Liability

• Personal Liability: Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. FMH Group Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the Event.
• Force Majeure: FMH Group Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
