1) This ticket entitles for one basket at max load of 240 kg, per one time use only.
2) Upon arrival, the Organizer has the right to request the passengers to weight themselves on the weighing scale to confirm it is within the capacity of the basket slot. Should the weight exceed, the Organizer has the right to restrict the number of passengers.
3) The tethered balloon ride is subject to weather conditions.
4) Children below 4 ft and pregnant lady are prohibited to ride the balloon due to safety reasons.
5) No refunds or any exchange in kind for tickets sold will be entertained.
6) Subject to weather conditions, the organizer reserves the right to change or cancel the scheduled tethered balloon rides and restrict the number of passengers without prior notice
7) Passengers and guardians/parents hereby acknowledge that the responsibility of ensuring safety rests solely on them.
8) Hence, the organizer, the operator or their agents shall not be liable for any loss, claim, liability, expense, demand or damages to accessories, contents, property or for death or injury suffered to any persons while participating or watching the event whatsoever arising
