a) open to Malaysian and International contestants
b) no outside body spray allowed. Body spray tan colour will be provided by organizer and it has been included in the registration fees
c)contestants are eligible to register for more tan one based on qualification
d) For new talent category,contestat must not be placed in top 3 in any local or international competition . Any contestans who breach the  rules willbe disqualified and registration fee will not be refunded
e) Fees that have been paid will not be refunded if the contestants are absent or did not participate during the event
f) The organizer will not be responsible for any missing personal belongis, accidents or death that involved with contestants.
g) Final decision made by referees are final and any appeal or objection will not be entertained.
