1. All attendees shall be fully vaccinated. No COVID testing required. 
2. Strictly no entry for: pregnant persons, unvaccinated individuals, children below 7 years old, kids without guardians, attendees with pet companions, people with extreme health conditions. 
3. Food & beverages are not allowed inside the event hall. Smoking, use of e-cigarettes and vapes, bringing alcoholic beverages and drugs, and possession of dangerous items are strictly prohibited in the event. 
4. The event is free-seating according to seat sections. Fans should vacate the event hall after every match. 
5. The attendee gives their consent to access and process their personal data. 
6. The ticket holder agrees to all house rules and regulations set by the Organizer. 
7. All tickets are non-refundable and non-convertible to cash.

Q&A

1. Can I refund the ticket or booked merch if I can not go to watch M6?

A: Sorry, all tickets and pre-orderd merch can not be refunded, please plan your schedule in advance to avoid any losses.

2. How many tickets can I buy at most?

A: Each MLBB ingame ID can only buy 1 ticket per match. If one ticket2U account wants to buy more than 1 ticket, the account owner needs to submit the corresponding amount of in-game IDs and server IDs.

3. When can I know my exact seat?

A: The exact seating zone will be sent to your Ticket2U account 3-7 workdays before the match starts. Seats within the designated area will no longer be subdivided into seat numbers, and those who enter first can choose the seats first.

4. How can I get the ingame diamond or ingame giveaway gifts?

A: Grand Finals pre-sale ticket purchases will receive the diamonds in the MLBB game mail box after ticket redemption on the match day. While all other ingame gifts will be attached to a redemption code. Ticket purchasers will get the redemption code after ticket redemption on the match day.

5. When can I pre-order the M6 official merchandise?

A: Regular sale ticket purchasers can book your M6 official merchandise on Ticket2U Nov 15 12"00 PM - Dec 13th 23"59 PM GMT+8.

6. How many merchandise can I buy at most?

A: Each pre-sale ticket can buy up to 5 pieces of each merchandise SKU. For example, Audience A bought 2 pre-sale tickets. He or she can buy 10 pieces of each merchandise SKU.

7. How can I claim the merchandise I ordered?

A: Official merch can be claimed at the merch booth on site during M6 match days. Pre-sale ticket purchasers can make an appointment on Ticket2U to choose the merch claiming venue and date.
