• Admission: Each ticket admits one person only. Only valid ticket holders will be granted admission to the event.
• Proof of Identity: Proof of identity may be required upon admission. Acceptable forms include MyKad or Passport.
• Conduct: The Venue Owner or Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission without refund or compensation to any person whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate by the venue staff may result in ejection from the event.
• Late Admission: Latecomers can only be admitted during suitable breaks in the performance at the discretion of the Venue Owner. Admission is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be entertained for late arrivals.
• Searches: Ticket holders agree to submit to any search for prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous, and illegal substances, and recording devices. The venue reserves the right to confiscate such items.
• Ticket Prices: Ticket prices are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) and include all ticketing and processing fees.
• Ticket Issuance: All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only. No physical tickets will be issued.
• Ticket Limits: Maximum of 10 tickets per transaction.
• Arrival Times: Gold ticket holders are encouraged to arrive earlier. Platinum and VIP ticket holders are advised to arrive by 6:00 PM for the 4-course meal. All meals will be served until 8:30 PM only.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations, refunds, and changes are not permitted once tickets are sold. In the event of a cancellation by the event organizer, refunds will be processed according to the organizer’s policy.
• Age Restriction: The event is for attendees aged 18 years and above. Individuals under 18 are not permitted entry. No refund or compensation will be provided for tickets purchased by individuals below the age limit.
• Resale: Reselling tickets or purchasing from unauthorized sellers or scalpers is strictly prohibited. The Event Organiser/Promoter reserves the right to cancel such tickets without compensation and/or refuse entry.
• Purchase Policy: Please read and understand the Purchase Policy before purchasing a ticket.
• Venue Policies: Attendees must comply with all venue-specific policies, including but not limited to health and safety regulations, prohibited items, and behaviour standards. The venue reserves the right to update policies as needed and will communicate any changes to ticket holders.

• Personal Belongings: The venue is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.
