Terms & Conditions: Monster Lab Colouring Contest
1. Eligibility
•  The Monster Lab Colouring Contest is open to children aged 7-12 years, divided into two categories:
•  Category A: Ages 7-9
•  Category B: Ages 10-12
•  Participants must be registered either online at www.ticket2u.com.my or as walk-ins (subject to availability).
•  Maximum 15 participants per category, per day.

2. Registration and Fees
•  Online Registration Fee: RM12, inclusive of a LaLaport tote bag, Monster Lab Exclusive sticker and RM5 LaLaport cash voucher.
•  Participants must bring proof of registration or payment confirmation on the event day.

3. Contest Details
•  The contest will take place on 6 & 12 October 2024, starting at 2:00 PM for both categories at the Main Atrium, LaLaport BBCC.
•  Each category will run for a total of ONE (1) hour.
•  Participants are required to bring their own colouring materials, including crayons, markers, colour pencils, or paints, and any personal items they may need (such as a table, if required).
•  Contestants must arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the event for registration and seating arrangements.

4. Contest Rules
•  Parental assistance is strictly prohibited during the contest.
•  Participants must complete their artwork within the allotted 1-hour time frame.
•  Any form of external help, collaboration, or tampering will result in immediate disqualification.
•  The artwork must be original, created solely by the participant during the contest.

5. Judging Criteria
•  The winners will be determined based on the following criteria:
a. Creativity
b. Use of colours
c. Neatness
d. Overall theme adherence
•  The decision of the judges is final and binding. No appeals or disputes will be entertained.

6. Prizes
Prizes for each category are as follows:
•  First Prize: RM300 Cash Voucher
•  Second Prize: RM200 Cash Voucher
•  Third Prize: RM100 Cash Voucher

7. General Terms
•  LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in breach of the contest rules.
•  The organizer will not be held liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to property during the event.
•  By participating, contestants agree to allow LaLaport BBCC to use photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.

8. Privacy and Data Usage
•  Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of the contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Miscellaneous
•  LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the event at its discretion, without prior notice.
•  In the event of any disputes regarding the contest, the decision of LaLaport BBCC will be final and conclusive.
