• The payment serves as a commitment fee and will be refunded once attendance is confirmed on 26 October 2024.
• YEF2024 team will prepare the tickets after confirming seat availability.
• Tickets will be delivered via email only. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address at the time of purchase.

• The name provided during ticket purchase will be printed on your name badge.
• All prices are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
• Seats will only be allocated with accompanying tickets.

TICKET SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Each ticket is valid for one person only.
2. The ticket payment will be refunded upon confirmation of attendance, processed within 14-28 working days.
3. Your ticket functions as a commitment fee and will be non-refundable in the event of non-attendance.
