TICKET BOOKING PROCESS

1. Secure your ticket by making a full payment at Ticket2U.com.my (Authorized Agent)
2. The payment serves as a commitment fee and will be refunded once attendance is confirmed on 26 October 2024.
3. YEF2024 team will prepare the tickets after confirming seat availability.
4. Tickets will be delivered via email only. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address at the time of purchase.
   
   Note:
   • All prices are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
   • Seats will only be allocated with accompanying tickets.
   • Ticket access for the whole day.

E-TICKET DELIVERY
Delivery Method
E-Tickets will be issued to your nominated email address within 2 weeks after your successful purchase.

TICKET SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Each ticket is valid for one person only.
2. The ticket payment will be refunded upon confirmation of attendance, processed within 14-28 working days.
3. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
