Ticket Purchasing Conditions
1. Ticket Types & Pricing:
Online Pre-sale: RM20 per ticket for each day of the event, sold via the Ticket2U platform.
Walk-in Ticket: RM25 per ticket for each day of the event, available at the event venue.
LaLaport Spend & Redeem: Spend RM100 and above in a single receipt at LaLaport Mall to redeem 2 free tickets.
2. Refund Policy:
Refunds are only applicable if the event is cancelled by the organizers. No exchanges or refunds for other reasons.
Any purchase by Muslims and aged 21 and below is NON-REFUNDABLE.
3. Non-Transferable Tickets:
Tickets are non-transferable. Each ticket is linked to the purchaser’s identification details and cannot be resold or given to others.
Attendees must present their valid IC number and the QR code of their ticket at the redemption booth to receive their entry wrist tag.
4. Entry Policies:
Only attendees aged 21 and above and who are non-Muslim will be allowed entry. Valid identification (IC or Passport) must be presented upon entry.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable if an attendee is denied entry for failing to meet these criteria.
Entry will only be granted with a valid entry wrist tag, which will be issued at the event redemption booth after verification.
5. Prohibited Conduct:
The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to individuals who appear intoxicated or engage in unruly behavior.
The following items are prohibited from the event: weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, and any items deemed dangerous by the event security.
Event Guidelines
1. Safety & Behavioural Guidelines:
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves responsibly during the event. Disorderly behavior will result in removal from the premises without a refund.
The event will have security personnel present to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
2. Liability Waiver:
By attending Brew In The Sky, attendees agree to assume all responsibility for personal belongings.
The organizers will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Attendees participate in the event at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the event.
An ambulance and medical personnel will be on standby for emergencies.
Photography, Media & Consent
1. Photography & Video Recording:
By attending Brew In The Sky, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
Highlight videos and event photography may be shared on LaLaport’s official social media pages and website.
These images and videos will not be sold to third parties, and they will not be made publicly available beyond promotional use by the organizers.
Health & Safety
1. Emergency Services:
Ambulances and emergency personnel will be stationed on-site to ensure immediate medical response if required.
2. COVID-19 or Other Health Protocols:
No specific health protocols (such as vaccination or masks) are mandated. However, attendees are encouraged to maintain personal hygiene throughout the event.
