All attendees shall be fully vaccinated. No COVID testing required.
Strictly no entry for: pregnant persons, unvaccinated individuals, children below 7 years old, kids without guardians, attendees with pet companions, people with extreme health conditions.
Food & beverages are not allowed inside the event hall. Smoking, use of e-cigarettes and vapes, bringing alcoholic beverages and drugs, and
possession of dangerous items are strictly prohibited in the event.
The event is free-seating according to seat sections. Fans should vacate the event hall after every match.
The attendee gives their consent to access and process their personal data.
Each ticket is exclusively for ONE individual claimant; tickets may not be exchanged, resold, or refunded.
By participating in this event, you grant the organizer and its authorized representatives the right to take photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of you and your likeness during the event. You hereby grant the organizer the perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such materials for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to online and offline promotions, advertising, social media, and press releases.
Seating arrangement for the event may be subject to change based on the final layout and logistics without prior notice.
Organizer reserves the right to change the T&Cs without prior notice.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-convertible to cash.
Q&A
1. Can I refund the ticket if I cannot go to watch the show?
A: All tickets and pre-ordered merchandise are non-refundable. We recommend planning your schedule carefully to avoid any losses.
2. How many tickets can I buy at most?
A: Each user is limited to purchasing a maximum of 2 tickets per account.
3. When can I know my exact seat?
A: The exact seating zone will be sent to your Ticket2U account 3-7 workdays before the match starts. Seats within the designated area will no longer be subdivided into seat numbers, and those who enter first can choose the seats first.
4. How can I get the merchandise after I purchase the ticket?
A: Merchandise can be purchased on-site at the event or through the Acer store. For purchases made at the event, simply present your QR code at the ticket counter to redeem your merchandise. Once your ticket is validated, you cannot make additional claims.
