Swaranjali 2024 - Terms and Conditions
1. Ticketing and Entrance
Tickets for Swaranjali 2024 are exclusively available through Ticket2U.com.my. Each ticket admits one person only and must be presented upon entry in electronic or printed format.
Ticket purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the event organizer. Resale or transfer of tickets without the event organizer’s authorization may result in denied entry.
Entry may be denied if the ticket is found to be counterfeit, tampered with, or purchased through unauthorized channels.
2. Event Organizer
Swaranjali 2024 is organized by Episode Events, who reserves the right to make changes to the event’s date, location, lineup, and schedule. Any updates will be communicated through official channels. In cases of significant changes or cancellation, the organizer’s liability will be limited to the face value of the ticket.
3. Entry and Age Requirement
Guests must be a minimum of fifteen (15) years old to attend the event. Identification may be required upon entry to verify age and ticket holder details.
All guests must comply with event security protocols and may be subject to search upon entry. Entry is conditional upon the acceptance of these terms.
4. Changes and Cancellation
The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event, including lineup, date, and venue, without prior notice. If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer will determine appropriate refund policies, subject to ticketing platform terms.
In case of rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date, or refunds may be issued at the organizer’s discretion.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content presented during Swaranjali 2024, including performances, visuals, and event materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of event content is strictly prohibited.
Personal photography is allowed; however, professional equipment is not permitted unless authorized by the event organizer.
6. Safety, Loss, and Damage
For the safety of all attendees, guests are expected to adhere to all event rules and respect fellow attendees and staff. The organizer reserves the right to remove individuals who cause disruptions or pose a safety risk.
The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Attendees are advised to take necessary precautions with their personal items.
7. Health and Safety
In compliance with health regulations, attendees experiencing symptoms of illness are advised not to attend the event. The event organizer may implement additional safety protocols as necessary, which will be communicated ahead of time.
8. Prohibited Items and Conduct
The following items are prohibited: weapons, illegal substances, professional cameras, and any items deemed dangerous by event security. Attendees may not engage in disruptive or harmful behavior; failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
