A TRAGIC ETERNAL LOVE STORY OF LAILA AND QAISH.

THE STORY OF LAILA MAJNUN IS AN ICONIC LOVE STORY ROOTED IN THE 7TH CENTURY, ORIGINATED FROM THE ARABIAN PENINSULA. THIS STORY HAS BEEN TOLD AND RETOLD FOR CENTURIES, WITH VARIOUS ADAPTATIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS. THE STORY OF LAILA, A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN, AND QAISH, A LOYAL LOVER. LAILA MAJNUN IS A STORY OF LOVE AND TRAGEDY THAT HAS BECOME AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE CULTURAL HERITAGE OF THE MIDDLE EAST AND SOUTH ASIA. THE STORY OF LAILA MAJNUN HAS CAPTIVATED AUDIENCES FOR CENTURIES. ORIGINALLY FROM THE MIDDLE EAST, THIS STORY HAS BEEN ADAPTED INTO VARIOUS ART FORMS, INCLUDING LITERATURE, MUSIC, AND CINEMA. IN THIS STAGING, WE WILL EXPLORE THE HISTORICAL BACKGROUND OF LAILA MAJNUN, THE PLOT AND CHARACTERS OF THE MUSICAL THEATER SHOW, AS WELL AS THE PRODUCTION DESIGN AND ELEMENTS USED TO BRING THIS ETERNAL LOVE STORY TO LIFE ON STAGE.

SYNOPSIS

LAILA MAJNUN, A TRAGIC STORY OF AN ETERNAL LOVE BETWEEN LAILA AND QAISH. THE LOVE THAT IS FRAUGHT WITH AN ABUNDANCE OF CHALLENGES THAT LEAD TO LAILA SUFFERING HEARTBREAK AND QAISH BEING LABELED AS A MADMAN. DESPITE BEING RIDICULED BY SOCIETY, QAISH'S DETERMINATION TO WIN LAILA'S HEART NEVER WAVERS. ONE DAY, LAILA IS FORCED TO MARRY A WEALTHY SUITOR TO FULFILL HER FAMILY'S WISHES. UPON HEARING THIS NEWS, QAISH BECOMES DESPRESSED AND LOST. FILLED WITH DESPARATION AND HEARTACHE, HE TRIES TO WIN LAILA BACK. HOWEVER, CAN QAISH NAVIGATE THE DISAPPROVAL, PRESSURE, AND CHALLENGES POSED BY LAILA'S FAMILY? WILL HE BE ABLE TO WIN LAILA BACK?
