Glow Planet Penang is an indoor interactive and immersive experience, cleverly squeezed into a traditional Chinese building. As the name might suggest, Glow Planet is all about the neon exhibits that glow in the dark, creating quite the contrast to the bright Penang sunshine outside.

The ice-cream buffet

Treat yourself to a delightful ice cream buffet with a wide selection of flavors! For just an additional RM10, you can enjoy unlimited ice cream when you purchase your entrance tickets. There’s also a family bundle for RM136 (two adults and two kids). This is the same price you’d pay for the normal tickets but includes the ice-cream buffet for free.

• Eligibility

  • Children aged 0-3 can enter free of charge

  • The child ticket is only applicable for children aged 4-12

  • The adult ticket is only applicable for adults aged 13-59, while the senior citizen ticket is only applicable for seniors aged 60+

  • The age of every individual will be calculated by the YEAR of birth instead of the month

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

• E-ticket(QR) MUST be presented at ticket counter upon admission, visitor needs to pay the difference should the purchased ticket type/price is different from what being presented during checking.
• No cancellation or refund can be made one confirmed.
• Eating, drinking, chewing gum and smoking are not allowed during the visit.
• Tickets are valid for one time entry only.
• No refund will be given due to inclement weather. Please check the weather forecast before purchasing tickets online.

• Not valid with any other ongoing offers, discounts, events, and/or promotion.
• NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGE DATE OR TRANSFER will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase.
• No outside foods & beverages.

• Upon completion of your ticket purchase online, an e-mail notification will be sent to your e-mail address provided during the ticket purchase transaction.

• Cancellation / “No Show” Charges 
  a. Glow Planet Penang Management reserves the right to impose charges on the total number of tickets reserved in the event of any last-minute cancellation / “no show” on the day of arrival once a reservation has been confirmed.

  • Children aged 0-11 must be supervised at all times

  • Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
