1. Event Participation

  • All attendees must scan their ticket prior to enter the festival venue.
  • Attendees must comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by event staff and organizers during the festival.

2. Ticket Sales and Refunds

  • Tickets are non-refundable and only be valid throughout the program (6th – 8th December 2024).

3. Liability and Assumption of Risk

  • Non-Liability: The event organizer, Persatuan Seni Jahitan Kreatif Malaysia (PSJKM), is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during the festival. Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.
  • Assumption of Risk: Attendees acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities such as jungle trekking, workshops, and other event activities. The organizer shall not be responsible for any injuries, damage, or loss arising from these activities.
  • Attire: Attendees are required to wear comfortable and appropriate attire suitable for outdoor activities, sport shoe are highly recommended. Shirt with sleeves and long pants are recommended for jungle trekking and workshops.
  • PSJKM is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations

  • PSJKM reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any part of the festival due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, safety concerns, or other force majeure events. In the case of cancellation, ticket holders will be informed via email or social media.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, safety concerns, or other force majeure events, part or all of the events need to be cancel, no refund will be provided, but PSJKM will replace with services/goods with equivalent value, the services/goods referred above will be solely based on the discretion of PSJKM.

5. Photography and Filming

  • By attending, participants grant PSJKM the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event for promotional purposes, without compensation.
  • Participants are allowed to take photos for personal use but must not use these images for commercial purposes without prior written consent from PSJKM.

6. Health and Safety Requirements

  • Attendees are responsible for their own health and well-being during the event. It is recommended that participants wear appropriate attire and footwear, especially for outdoor activities.
  • PSJKM is not responsible for any allergies, health issues, or other medical conditions that may arise from participation. Participants should inform the organizers of any known allergies or conditions in advance.
  • All workshops are only open to age 7 and above, and for the participants below 12, must be accompany by Guardian.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly at all times. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by event staff may result in removal from the festival without refund.
  • PSJKM reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose actions disrupt the event or cause harm to other participants.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Under no circumstances shall PSJKM, its affiliates, partners, or sponsors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in the event.
  • PSJKM’s liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount of the participant’s ticket fee.
