Our Little House Party Terms and Conditions 

By purchasing a ticket to Our Little House Party, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Refunds
   Tickets are non-refundable.
   In the event the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.

2. Admission
   The event is for ticket holders only. All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry.
   The event is strictly for adults aged from 21 and above. No pets and children are allowed on the premises. 

3. Event Capacity
   The event has a limited capacity. Entrance will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and we encourage guests to arrive during their selected time slot to help manage crowd flow.

4. Health & Safety
   All attendees must comply with local health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event.
   Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings and safety throughout the event.

5. Photography & Media
   By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed. These photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes in social media, websites, and other media channels related to the event.

6. Behavioral Expectations
   All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner towards others. The event organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who is disruptive or behaves inappropriately.

7. Event Modifications
   The event organizer reserves the right to modify or reschedule the event at their discretion. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner.

8. Liability
   The event organizer is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the event.

9. Digital Party Pack
   A digital party pack will be sent to the email address provided within 7 days following the event. The organizer is not responsible for any issues with email delivery.

By participating in the Little Cup's Sun and Run (Anniversary Special)  organised by LCBD Coffee Sdn. Bhd. (Little Cup), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
   You acknowledge and agree that the Little Cup's Sun and Run (Anniversary Special) involve inherent dangers and risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, falls, injuries sustained due to contact with other participants, and potential injury or death.
   
   
2. Personal Responsibility
   It is your responsibility to communicate any physical or psychological concerns that may prevent you from safely participating in an activity. You understand that participation in these activities is voluntary, and you are responsible for ensuring that you are fit and able to participate.
   
   
3. Waiver of Liability
   You acknowledge and agree that, due to the nature of the physical activities, it would be unreasonable for LCBD Coffee Sdn. Bhd. (Little Cup) to be responsible for your injury or death. To the full extent permitted by law, you waive all legal rights of action against and fully release LCBD Coffee Sdn. Bhd. (Little Cup) for loss, damages, injury, or death arising out of, or in relation to, your participation in the activities conducted or organized by LCBD Coffee Sdn. Bhd. (Little Cup).
   This release includes liability for any negligent or tortious act or omission, breach of duty, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty on the part of LCBD Coffee Sdn. Bhd. (Little Cup), its officers, employees, representatives, organizers, and agents.
   
   
4. Voluntary Participation
   You acknowledge and agree that your participation in any activity conducted or organized by LCBD Coffee Sdn. Bhd. (Little Cup) is done freely, voluntarily, and absolutely at your own risk. You fully understand and accept the nature and extent of all risks involved in the activity.
   
   
5. Health & Safety
   You agree to comply with all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the event organizers to ensure your safety and the safety of others during the event.
   
   
6. Photo and Video Consent
   You consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes by LCBD Coffee Sdn. Bhd. (Little Cup), including in social media and other media channels.
   
   
7. General Terms
   The event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event at their discretion due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
   By participating in the event, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
