Respectful Behavior:

Personal Boundaries:

• Do not invade personal space or make unwarranted advances.

Time Limitations:

• Panel show sessions will be conducted within specific time slots as announced on DOKO KOKO’s social media.

Prohibited Items:

• Weapons, illegal substances, or any items that may pose a threat to safety or disrupt the event are strictly prohibited.

• Comply with all applicable laws and event security measures.

Inappropriate Questions or Behavior:

• Do not ask personal, offensive, or inappropriate questions during your interaction.

• Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for everyone at the event.

Event Staff Instructions:

• Follow all instructions provided by event staff and organizers at all times.

• Cooperate with and adhere to any additional rules communicated during the event.

Right to Refuse Entry or Removal:

• Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who violate rules, exhibit disruptive behavior, or endanger others.

Photography and Recording:

• Follow event guidelines regarding photography and recording.

• Obtain permission before taking photos or recording videos of the talents or the event.

• Streaming of the session is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

• Respect the privacy of the talents.

• Do not share sensitive or personal information about the talents without their explicit consent.

Social Media Guidelines:

• Use respectful and appropriate language when posting about the panel show on social media.

• Follow any specific social media guidelines issued by NIJISANJI EN or the event organizers.

Follow Venue Regulations:

• Adhere to all rules and guidelines set by the venue hosting the panel show.

• Treat the venue's property and facilities with care and respect.

Liability:

• Event organizers, venue management, and their representatives are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including hand-held gifts, during the event.

• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

Health and Safety Guidelines:

• Follow all health and safety measures communicated by event organizers or venue staff.

• This may include wearing masks, maintaining social distance, and practicing good hygiene.
