1. Please redeem your tickets using the QR code sent to your email after purchase. The redemption counter will be located at the entrance during the event.
2. If early redemption is available before the event, details of the location will be announced on our official social media channels.
3. No refunds will be provided for any purchases.
4. DOKO KOKO reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who violates the event rules.
5. DOKO KOKO reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
6. Tickets for DOKO KOKO events are sold exclusively through our official ticketing partners. Tickets are not available through third-party sellers.
7. We are not responsible for any damages or fraud resulting from third-party ticket sales.
8. Ticket prices exclude booking fees.

1v1 Interaction Meet & Greet Rules and Regulations

Respectful Behavior:

• Treat all participants, staff, and talents with kindness, politeness, and respect.

• Refrain from using offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language.

• Avoid any behavior that could make others feel uncomfortable or distressed.

Personal Boundaries:

• Avoid invading personal space or making unwarranted advances.

Time Limitations:

• Meet and greet sessions will be conducted in specific time slots, as announced on DOKO KOKO’s social media.

• Each interaction will have a designated time limit to ensure fairness for all attendees.

Prohibited Items:

• Weapons, illegal substances, or any items that may pose a threat to safety or disrupt the event are strictly prohibited.

• Comply with all applicable laws and event security measures.

Queue Management:

• Follow the designated queue system and respect the order of interactions.

• Comply with all instructions provided by event staff or organizers to ensure a smooth experience.

Inappropriate Questions or Behavior:

• Avoid asking personal, offensive, or inappropriate questions during your interaction.

• Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for everyone at the event.

Event Staff Instructions:

• Follow all instructions provided by event staff and organizers at all times.

• Cooperate and adhere to any additional rules communicated during the event.

Right to Refuse Entry or Removal:

• The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who violate rules, exhibit disruptive behavior, or endanger others.

Photography and Recording:

• Adhere to event guidelines regarding photography and recording.

• Obtain permission before taking photos or recording videos of the talents or the event.

• No streaming of the session is allowed.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

• Respect the privacy of the Livers.

• Do not share sensitive or personal information about the talents without their explicit consent.

Social Media Guidelines:

• Use respectful and appropriate language when posting about the meet and greet on social media.

• Follow any specific social media guidelines issued by NIJISANJI EN or the event organizers.

Follow Venue Regulations:

• Adhere to all rules and guidelines set by the venue hosting the meet and greet.

• Treat the venue's property and facilities with care and respect.

Liability:

• The event organizers, venue management, and their representatives are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including hand-held gifts, during the event.

• Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

Health and Safety Guidelines:

• Follow all health and safety measures communicated by the event organizers or venue staff.

• This may include wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, and practicing good hygiene.

Additional rules or guidelines may be provided for specific meet and greet events. Please read and adhere to all instructions issued by the organizers to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
