  1. Movie tickets are valid only for the movie titled "Redemption", 13 January 2025 (Monday), 9pm at TGV Pavilion Bukit Jalil as printed on the ticket.
  2. Ticket2u confirmation must be presented at the redemption counter.
  3. Redemption of physical TGV ticket will start  at 7.30pm (13 Jan 2025) onwards. 
  4. TGV Tickets must be presented at the theater for admission.
  5. Tickets are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellations or rescheduling by the theater or organizer.
  6. In case of a cancellation or rescheduling, organizer will notify ticket holders of the available options for a refund or exchange.
  7. Movie tickets subjected to age restrictions based on the movie's rating of 16. Please ensure that you comply with the movie's rating requirements.
  8. Seats are allocated based on availability unless the ticket specifies a reserved seat.
  9. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the theater. Concessions are available for purchase within the premises.
  10. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection of your personal data (e.g., name, contact details) for the purpose of processing your ticket transaction and providing services.
  11. The organizer is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or loss of property that occur within the premises.
  12. The organizer’s liability is limited to the cost of the ticket in the case of cancellation or significant changes to the scheduled event. 
  13. The organizer is not liable for events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, strikes) that may affect the screening of a movie.
  14. The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will be available at the point of purchase.

We are a non-profit organization based in Malaysia dedicated to improving the quality of life for medically-dependent individuals living below the poverty line. Our mission is to provide essential home healthcare support, medical equipment, medical nutrition, and other necessary domiciliary and palliative care support, free of charge to those in need. Our dedicated team has 26 years of solid background and expertise in home healthcare. The issues of filial piety and the challenges, are a continuous cause of trepidations in caring for the elderly or medically unfit loved ones since time in memorial. With no tangible assistance for those that are struggling financially, effective and proper care is compromised, leading to feelings of guilt for many. We at Pertubuhan Kebajikan Lifelink Seribu Kasih (www.lifelink1000kasih.org) aims to recreate a good medical homecare infrastructure in our beloved country where proper medical care for all is available to complement the tender love of the family members. Our welfare services include: Free Medical Equipment Provision: Providing and maintaining various medical equipment, such as hospital beds, wheelchairs, and oxygen machines, tailored to the needs of our beneficiaries. Free Medical Nutrition and Consumables: Supplying medical nutrition products and disposables, such as diapers, enteral feeding tubes, and specialized nutrition like Glucerna, Jevity, Nepro HP, and Ensure etc. Residential Care, Respite Care, Palliative Care Support: Collaborating with a low-density residential care center in Cheras to offer center-based assisted living, respite care, and palliative care services, subsidized based on beneficiaries' financial capabilities. Additional Domiciliary Care Services: Providing other various necessary home healthcare services to those in need.
