Hundreds of die-hard Manchester United supporters from across Malaysia are expected to gather in Kuala Lumpur for the United Malaysia Supporters Club Annual Dinner and Charity Gala, set to be held on 12^th July 2025  at Grand Lagoon Ballroom, Sunway Resort Hotel. Organised by the Kuala Lumpur Mancunian Red Devils Supporters Club (“KLMRD”), this is the 7^th edition of the Annual Dinner.  KLRMD, along with the Sabah Red Devils and the Manchester United Supporters Club of Sarawak, form the United Malaysia Supporters Club, an officially accredited supporters club with Manchester United.  

The Manchester United Supporters Club held its first annual dinner in 2012 in Kuala Lumpur. This event marked our inaugural large-scale gathering, bringing fans together to celebrate their shared passion for our beloved club. On average, around 1,000 enthusiastic supporters participated in this prestigious event, making it a major highlight of our community activities. This special day shall be another unforgettable experience for our passionate fanbase.

Forged by a common passion for the Red Devils, the United Malaysia’s Annual Dinner is a sought after annual affair, where supporters gather to celebrate their love for their football team, banter and enjoy the camaraderie.  This year, a lucky supporter will stand the chance to win an all expense paid trip to Old Trafford, to watch their favourite team. 

In addition to all the fun and fare, the organiser will also support a worthy cause, by donating a portion of the proceeds to a charity home.  For this event, KLMRD are supporting Down Syndrome Association of Malaysia, which does fantastic work in improving the quality of life for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

TERMS OF SALES:

• All tickets are subject to a 3% Ticketing Fee per ticket.
• All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.
• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
• Strictly No admission for children* below the age of 6 years old.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed once your booking is confirmed.
• Once a Category is selected for purchase, seats are auto-selected based on the best availability at the time of purchase. 
• Seating table will be assigned 1 week before the actual event. An email will be sent with the seating details.
• Seat Map/Venue Layout displayed on the ticketing website is not drawn to scale and is used for Ticket location purposes only. The published layout is subject to change without prior notice. 
• Tickets are non-transferable. Reselling is strictly prohibited. All tickets will be rendered invalid if resold.
• By purchasing tickets through Ticket2U, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated.
• Kindly present the online e-ticket QR code for verification purposes upon registration on the event day.
• The online e-ticket QR code can only be used once for venue admission.
• Every attendee will be given a wristband upon check-in with table number & unique code for lucky draw. It will be treated as the proof for entering/exit the premise.
• Lost, broken, or stolen wristband will not be replaced or reissued. Your wristband is your responsibility.
• The Event Organizer may postpone, cancel, and/or relocate the event under unforeseen circumstances and prevailing government guidelines.
• The Event Organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories), and audience capacity without compensation to the ticket holder.
• If the Event is being canceled, rescheduled, or moved, we will make every effort to notify all ticket buyers using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be informed of such cancellation, rescheduling, or alteration before the date of the event. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been canceled, rescheduled, or altered and the date and time of any rescheduled event. Neither Ticket2U nor the Event Organizer will be liable for any other losses incurred by the ticket buyer including travel and accommodation or other expenses.

ADMISSION POLICY 

• Please note that advertised start times of events are subject to change. Door opening and closing times stated to an event are not indicative of the event’s start or end time, all of which remain at the relevant Event Organizers’ and/or legend’s discretion and may be subject to change. Kindly check and refer to the Event's official page accordingly.
• Upon entering the venue, every attendee MUST present a valid e-ticket with QR code for validation, including children*.
• Strictly No admission for children* below the age of 6 years old.
• *Children age 7 - 14 years old must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket.
• The Event Organizer or ticketing agent shall not be liable and responsible for any loss or damaged wristband.
• The event venue may conduct security searches for safety and security purposes, ticket holders may be subjected to body/bag checks upon entering the venue, and/or may be refused admission whenever suspected if breaching any Ticketing Terms and Conditions of the event.
• It is forbidden to take into the venue any kind of weapon, sharp objects, explosive, toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials, narcotics and psychotropic substances, food and beverage, or items that may cause disturbance to the regular and orderly execution of the Event.
• Entry to the event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a wristband is questionable, including if the e-ticket has been used previously by others, damaged wristband or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from Ticket2U or authorized points of sale by the Event Organizer.
• Breach of any of the venue terms and conditions or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance, or injury shall entitle the Event Organizer to refuse your admission or eject you from the venue.

PURCHASE INFORMATION:

• You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information details provided at the time of purchase are correct and up to date.
• We are not responsible where incorrect information results in an invalid purchase.
• For successful transactions, E-Ticket will be delivered via email to the Ticket Buyer's registered email address. 
• If you do not receive a booking confirmation after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to contact us to clarify whether or not your order has been placed successfully. We will not be responsible for any costs or losses you incur if you assume that your order was or was not placed because you failed to receive an order confirmation.
• Each ticket comes with a Unique QR code which will be validated upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your e-ticket(s) online or share with others to prevent forgery.
• All sales are final. Strictly no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are allowed once your booking is confirmed.

• The ticket holder shall undertake all risks and dangers that the ticket holder may face while attending the event. The ticket holder accepts that there are risks on the way to, and outside of or within the stadium or venue.
