Event Registration
By registering for the ESG for SME Forum 2025, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Registration is required to attend the event. Space is limited, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Consent for Data Sharing with Sponsors/Exhibitors:
By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree that the personal data you provide (e.g., name, contact information, job title, etc.) may be collected and processed by the event organizer for the purpose of event management, communication, and related activities. You further consent that your data may be shared with select sponsors and exhibitors of the event to facilitate networking opportunities, event-related promotions, and follow-up communications.
Your data will only be shared with event sponsors and exhibitors that are directly involved in the event and who are relevant to your participation. By completing your registration, you consent to the processing and sharing of your data with these parties as described.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the event organizer, but please note that withdrawing consent may impact your participation in event-related activities.
Payment and Fees
If applicable, the event registration fee must be paid in full prior to attending the event. Payment can be made via the designated payment methods on the registration page. All fees are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly. Refunds will be provided only if the event is canceled by the organizer, and no refunds will be issued for postponements.
Event Changes
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, speakers, or venue. While we will make every effort to ensure the event runs as planned, we cannot guarantee that all aspects of the event will proceed as originally advertised.
Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during the event. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive behavior or violates the event’s code of conduct, without refund.
Photography and Recording
By attending the ESG for SME Forum 2025, you consent to being photographed or recorded by the event organizers or authorized personnel. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes or future marketing. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event staff upon arrival.
Liability
The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the event. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and safety during the event.
Force Majeure
The organizer will not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to the event will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
