1. All ticket prices are inclusive of tax.
2. All ticket prices are not inclusive of 5% processing fee and surcharge.
3. We regret that all ticket sales are non-refundable except in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling.
4. All seats are pre-selected, kindly select your seat(s) before purchasing.
5. Only children aged 4 years and above are allowed with admission tickets.
6. We may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes without prior notice.
7. Dress code: whatever you choose to wear, we want you to be comfortable and enjoy the performance, from jeans to formal! However, no shorts, torn jeans and slippers/sandals are allowed.
8. Wheelchair Users: A ticket purchased by a wheelchair user entitles him/her to a free ticket for a companion. Wheelchair seating is available in seat sections A31 to A34, please refer to our seating chart. Contact us for further assistance at [email protected]
9. Senior citizens (60+ years old) are entitled to a 15% discount on concert tickets. Valid ID is required. Contact us for further assistance at [email protected]
10. As a courtesy to the performers and your fellow concert attendees, we ask that all cell phones and electronic devices be silenced/turned off prior to performances.
11. Cameras and other recording devices are prohibited during the performance.
12. Performances always begin promptly as scheduled. Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate time by one of our ushers. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or price adjustments for latecomers.
13. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and for the safety of any person accompanying you.
14. We may collect and use your personal information to provide you with information about our future concerts, activities and events which may be of interest to you or to request your support for the orchestra.

TICKET POLICIES

2. All tickets sold by Ticket2U Sdn Bhd (Ticket2U) are sold as an agent on behalf of the Selangor Symphony Orchestra ("ORGANISER"). 

3. Ticket2U will not be responsible if you encounter any loss in internet connection during the payment process. In the event your credit card is charged but seats are not secured, Ticket2U will refund the amount charged to you IN FULL.

4. All tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling.

5. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.

6. The Ticket Buyer shall be responsible for all tickets purchased. Ticket2U the ORGANISER are not obliged to re-issue, exchange or compensate any damaged tickets. Any damage to the tickets may result in the ticket holder not being allowed to enter the event venue.

7. Payment via Local Bank Transfers (FPX), E-Wallets, VISA and MASTER Credit Cards* are accepted. AMEX is currently NOT accepted.
