General Terms & Conditions
This promotion is only valid from 4th to 26th March 2025.
A valid buffet ticket is required to enter the Venue, Ruang Rama Event Space PJ. Each ticket admits one (1) person.
All buffet tickets will be sold online and issued electronically.
This buffet ticket is for one-time use and is only valid for the specified reservation date.
ONE (1) ID can purchase up to TEN (10) buffet tickets per transaction. Each child is counted as ONE (1) person.
The buffet ticket price shall be the price set at the time the ticket order is accepted. The ticket price is subject to handling fees, ticketing fees, etc.
Bookings for the buffet shall be closed by 5pm daily.
A charge of RM10 will be applied for every 100g of food wastage.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.
The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets found to have been resold; tickets are non-transferable and will be rendered invalid if resold.
Tickets purchased from unauthorised ticket sellers will be counted as void.
Reservations are required and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Removing, altering, and/or defacing any part of the QR code may invalidate the ticket.
The Organiser(s) will not be held responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen, or destroyed.
This event is a fully seated layout. Once the seat(s) have been reserved and purchased, please double-check before proceeding as once assigned, seats cannot be cancelled or changed.
For multiple ticket purchases on behalf of friends and/or family,
Purchasers are responsible for all tickets purchased and must ensure they are given to the correct recipients.
Please ensure the ticket is given only to the right recipient and is not shared with any other third party.
Purchasers must present their e-confirmation and a clear copy of the submitted ID for registration.
17. Entry Conditions
The original ID and confirmation email with a QR code are required for collection.
Third-party entry is not allowed.
In cases of duplicate access, proof of purchase is required. Failure to provide sufficient evidence will result in denied entry.
18. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy, and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos, and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.
19. Information is collected from those registering with Ticket2u in order to facilitate tickets or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
20. The information collected from those registering with Ticket2u for marketing promotions will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provides his/her consent to Ticket2u/Event Organiser/Venue for processing their information and permits sponsors, partners, and/or authorised parties to contact the Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions, and any other marketing and promotional activities.
21. Purchase from Unauthorised Sources / Refusal of Admission
Purchase of tickets shall only be made on our designated website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”). Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies, and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event/Venue.
In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data during the purchase, they may be barred from attending the Event/Venue.
Ticket2u/Organiser reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to and/or reject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.

23. Delays & Postponement
Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances, and tickets sold are neither transferable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under the paragraph below.
In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for a new reservation event date within the promotion period unless otherwise notified.
24. Force Majure
- The Organiser reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, any other causes beyond its reasonable control or without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
25. Cancellation
The Organiser may at any time, without assigning any reasons therefore and without prior notice, cancel your reservation without any liability to you or any other person.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel your reservation and release your seat(s)/table if you do not arrive by 8PM (GMT+8).
26. Assumption of Risk
The ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the Event, whether occurring before, during, or after the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage, or liability.
27. Changes to Event
The Organiser/Venue reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute any artists/performers and/or vary advertised programs, event times, location, seating arrangements, layout, and/or audience capacity without prior notice.
28. Amendments
Ticket2u/Organiser reserves the right to supplement, add, change, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
29. Use Of Venue
The Organiser reserves the right to assign tables at its discretion. Special requests may be granted at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
All attendees must abide by an appropriate dress code or other rules imposed by the Venue. Ruang Rama Event Space PJ reserves the right to refuse admittance to or remove persons from a restaurant for failure to comply with such dress codes or rules.
Menu selections will contain traces of nuts, dairy, meat, poultry, shellfish, and gluten.
No outside food or beverages is permitted in the Venue.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring their own discernment of potential allergens in the food provided. The Organiser will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or related concerns.
The Organiser may at any time, remove or replace any food items that are listed on the menu without assigning any reasons therefore and without prior notice and subject to seasonality and availability of the ingredients.
30. Disclaimers and Liability
The Organiser does not warrant or represent that your access to the Website’s service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any information, data, content, or other material accessible in connection with the service will be accurate or free of computer viruses, bugs, or other harmful components.
The Website’s service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and the Organiser disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including but not limited to warranties as to fitness for purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property or proprietary rights, or compatibility between the service and any software or hardware.
You accept all risk and responsibility for your use of the Website’s service including the submission of any personal or financial information.
The Organiser, their management, employees, and any third parties hired by the Ruang Rama Event Space PJ shall not be liable for, and shall exclude to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability, loss, claim or damage that arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the following:
your access to or use of the Website’s service;
your use of or reliance on the information or materials provided in connection with the Website’s service;
your supply of any personal or financial information or the unauthorised access thereof by a third party;
the unavailability of the Website’s service or any failure, delay, or error in processing or fulfilling a reservation or reservation request; and
the use of the restaurants or consumption of the food, beverage, or restaurant services by you or any other person.
Ruang Rama Event Space PJ, their managers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss, including loss of revenue, income, profit, opportunity, or reputation arising out of your use of the Services, Website, or venue.
You agree to indemnify and keep Ruang Rama Event Space PJ, their managers, and their employees indemnified from and against any liability, loss, claim, or damage that arises out of or is caused by your breach of these terms and conditions and/or your use of the Service, Website, or venue.
